Anja van der Voort

Anja van der Voort has extensive experience in health management and human resources within Connexxion Transport on Demand, starting in August 1991 and progressing through various roles. Currently serving as Vitaliteit- en gezondheidsmanager- Rccm©, Anja is responsible for developing and implementing health and safety policies in line with organizational goals and regulations. In addition, as a Casemanager and Advisor for Health & Safety, Anja manages case and care management for taxi, tours, and ambulance services, focusing on reducing financial loss due to employee absenteeism. Previous roles include HR Advisor and Assistant Branch Manager, demonstrating a strong foundation in personnel management and operational leadership. Anja holds a Bachelor’s degree in Personnel Management from HAN University of Applied Sciences and Hogeschool NCOI.
