Colette Ward, CPA, CMA, CIM®, has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Colette started their career as a Ski Coach at Cypress Ski Club from 2000 to 2002. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as an Accountant Assistant at TSI Terminal Systems Inc and Lafarge Canada. In 2007, they took on the role of Debt Reporting Officer at the BC Government and also worked as an Operations Accountant at Steadyhand Investment Funds. Colette then joined ACM Advisors in 2012, where they held various positions including Senior Accountant, Compliance Manager, and ultimately Chief Compliance Officer until 2016. From 2016 to 2021, they served as a Senior Manager of Compliance at Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group. Currently, they are the Chief Compliance Officer at Connor, Clark & Lunn Funds Inc. (CC&L) and Crestpoint Asset Management Ltd. Overall, Colette has demonstrated their expertise in compliance and accounting throughout their career.

Colette Ward, CPA, CMA, CIM®, has an impressive education history that spans over a decade. In 2003, they attended the University of Victoria, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom Hons.) degree with a focus on Management. During their time at university, they also participated in an exchange program at Johannes Kepler Universität Linz, where they studied Business and Economics for a semester in 2006.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Colette pursued their Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation, which they obtained from CMA BC between 2008 and 2011.
