Graeme McCrodan, CFA has experience in both Connor, Clark & Lunn Investment Management and CIBC Wood Gundy. At Connor, Clark & Lunn Investment Management, they started as a Sales Assistant at CIBC Wood Gundy in 2010 and later transitioned to the role of Quantitative Research Analyst in 2012. In their role as a Quantitative Research Analyst, they focused on modeling alpha and exposure by combining investment fundamentals with ideas from machine learning and traditional computer science. Graeme'sresponsibilities also included portfolio optimization/simulation, model implementation, investment process design and development, portfolio diagnostics, and database management. Graeme started their tenure at CIBC Wood Gundy as a Sales Assistant in 2010 and worked in that role until 2011.

Graeme McCrodan, CFA, has a strong educational background in both computer science and astrophysics. Graeme earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Astrophysics from the University of Victoria, which they completed from 2005 to 2009. Continuing their pursuit of knowledge, Graeme went on to complete a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Science at the Georgia Institute of Technology between 2016 and 2019.

In addition to their academic achievements, Graeme holds several certifications that contribute to their expertise. Graeme obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute in February 2016. Earlier in their career, Graeme completed the Canadian Securities Course from the Canadian Securities Institute in October 2009. These certifications further enrich their profile, combining their knowledge in finance with their technical skills in computer science.
