Sebastien Cuvelier

Sebastien is a Partner at Connor Group and leads the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) practice. He has extensive experience in buy and sell-side cross-functional due diligence, merger integration, carve-outs and divestitures, purchase and transition services agreement negotiations, post-close dispute resolution, financial analysis and modeling, process improvement, and cash planning and management. Sebastien has advised several of the Fortune 1000 and leading global private equity firms both domestically and internationally. He has broad M&A experience in a variety of industries including technology, software, telecommunications, consumer and industrial products.

Prior to joining Connor Group, Sebastien was a director in both PwC and EY’s deals practices in Boston. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Accountant in France.
