Connor Group

Melissa is a Director in Connor Group’s Digital Solutions practice. She has over 15 years of experience working in finance and accounting teams across small, mid-sized, and global public companies.  Prior to joining Connor Group, Melissa was the Sr. Director of Financial Reporting and FP&A at an emerging growth company in New York over a three-year period.  She worked on improving the financial reporting function and building out business processes within the Accounting and Finance groups with a focus on expediting the financial close by optimizing the ERP functionality to automate processes. In this most recent role, she participated in NetSuite implementations impacting the General Ledger, Multi-Book, Manufacturing and Inventory areas.

Throughout the years, Melissa has been involved in multiple ERP and other accounting software application implementations.  In her prior role as a Manager at CA Technologies, she led several of the ASC 606 adoption initiatives such as revenue requirement gathering and definition, creation of user cases, working closely with IA, External Auditors and IT to develop and deploy system integrations, as well as UAT and cutover. Further, at her Technical Accounting and M&A Manager role at Henry Schein, Melissa led similar efforts for the implementation and adoption of the new lease standards – ASC 842.

Melissa works closely with the Digital Solutions teams assisting various clients within the organization to identify and implement processes and system improvements across several key business cycles, including order to cash, procure to pay, financial reporting, inventory and manufacturing, revenue recognition, multi-book accounting and consolidations, amongst other areas.

Melissa is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with an active license in the State of New York. She graduated from SUNY at Old Westbury with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Melissa Gallagher

Tisa Beene is a Director in Connor Group’s FinOps practice. She has over 20 years’ experience specializing in financial processes and controls and implementing accounting and ERP systems in complex and fast paced environments. She is an analytical thinker and knows how best to take an accounting organization to the next level.

Prior to joining Connor Group in the SF Bay Area, Tisa worked for Cisco and several other smaller public and private high growth companies.

Tisa graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.

Tisa Beene

Tatiana is a Director at Connor Group serving in Technical Accounting and IPO Services practice. Tatiana provides assistance to clients with technical accounting issues and helping them to achieve IPO readiness. Tatiana has an extensive experience with respect to different technical areas such as revenue recognition, including ASC 606 adoption, leases, complex debt and equity arrangements, business combinations and assets acquisitions, share-based compensation, carve-outs, public and private financial statements and SEC filings.

Prior to joining Connor Group, Tatiana was in the audit practice at Deloitte in Russia, UK and San Francisco. She executed US GAAP and IFRS financial audits in publicly and privately held, national and international corporations of diversified industries, including technology, retail, manufacturing, service industries, oil & gas and non-profit organizations.

Tatiana is a Certified Public Accountant (CA - Active) and a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA-IFRS). She graduated with a Bachelor and Master of Economics from Saint-Petersburg State University and a Bachelor of Accountancy from ACCA.

Tatiana Dolgina

Sean is a Director in Connor Group’s Managed Services Practice. He is a financial executive with over 20 years of experience leading accounting and finance activities for public and privately held companies with revenues ranging from under $1 million to more than $40 billion. Sean specializes in financial statement reporting, accounting and financial operations improvement, public and private financing transactions, and internal control over financial reporting. He is dedicated to providing premium controller services primarily focused on operational accounting and finance matters and has assisted privately held and public companies through audit preparation, financial statement reporting (pre- and post-IPO) and equity management oversight.

Prior to joining Connor Group, Sean led a NASDAQ-listed company through its IPO as the Controller, led the SEC Reporting for a NYSE-listed master limited partnership that raised more than $15 billion in debt and equity financings over a decade, managed the technical accounting and financial reporting in the merger of a large publicly-traded retailer, led the transition from a privately held to publicly-traded biotech software firm following its IPO, and began his career with a Big 4 firm in Denver. Sean has extensive experience managing and executing financial statement audits, initial and secondary public and private debt and equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions, technical accounting and financial reporting and transforming accounting teams. Sean has been involved in over two dozen deals ranging from $20 million to $1+ billion.

Sean holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Dayton and is a licensed CPA in the state of Colorado, and his technical background includes ASC 606 revenue accounting, ASC 718 stock compensation, and extensive SEC reporting considerations, as well as drafting proxy statements. Sean has served clients and led entities in various industries including life sciences and medical device, oil and gas, retail, biotech software, consumer products, and healthcare.

Sean Mckendry

Ryan Vergari is a Director in Connor Group’s Managed Services practice. He has significant experience understanding end-to-end financial statement processes, controls, system implementations and governance in complex and fast paced environments. Ryan is a critical thinker who can evaluate risks, anticipate and manage challenging issues, and identify opportunities for efficiencies.

Prior to joining Connor Group in the Bay Area, Ryan worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers for nearly 20 years in the company’s Los Angeles, San Francisco, Austin/Dallas, and Florham Park (National Quality Organization) offices. He spent 16+ years in the firm’s Assurance practice, serving both public and private clients primarily in the Technology and Consumer Markets industries, before taking a role supporting the firm’s strategic initiatives as a Director in PwC’s Global Delivery Center Operations group. Ryan graduated with a Bachelors of Economics-Accounting from Claremont McKenna College and holds an active CPA license in the state of California.

Ryan Vergari

Puneet is a Director in Connor Group’s Financial Operations practice in New York. He is a Certified Public Accountant (NY) with over 12 years of combined consulting and industry experience. Puneet specializes in helping companies evaluate and strengthen key business processes and internal controls framework. He has worked with multiple high-growth organizations for pre-IPO controls assessment and implementation and has extensive experience in SOX implementations at organizations of all sizes.

Prior to joining Connor Group, Puneet worked at PwC, KPMG, and Progressive Insurance where his work focused on internal audit, risk, and compliance services.

Puneet graduated with his Master of Business Administration and Master of Accountancy from Cleveland State University and speaks 3 languages (English, Hindi, and Punjabi).

Puneet Ishpujani

Ondrej is a Director in Connor Group’s Financial Operations practice. Ondrej’s focus is on assisting clients with finance transformation through enhancing processes, internal controls, and technology. He has significant experience with technical and operational accounting, implementation of new accounting standards, internal control rationalization, close and process improvement, as well as technology and data transformation.

Prior to joining Connor Group, Ondrej spent 14 years with Deloitte where he began his career in the external audit function, later serving clients in an advisory capacity assisting clients with finance transformation.

Ondrej holds a CPA license in Kentucky and Washington, and earned his Master’s of Business Administration degree and Bachelor’s of Arts in Finance degree from Murray State University.

Ondrej Chudik

Matt is a Director in Connor Group’s Technical Accounting practice. Prior to joining Connor Group, Matt worked as an audit professional at Deloitte in Orange County, California, and Stanford, Connecticut for more than 10 years, most recently as a senior manager serving both public and private companies in a variety of industries. While at Deloitte, Matt spent 2 years in Deloitte’s National Office in the Accounting and Reporting Services group focusing on SEC reporting requirements. He has extensive experience reviewing periodic filings (e.g. 10-Ks, 10-Qs), registration statements (e.g. S-1s, S-3s, S-4s), offering memorandums, and other SEC filings for public companies. He also has experience assisting clients with pre-filing and waiver letters, as well as the interpretation of SEC comment letters and advice on responses. Matt is a Certified Public Accountant in California and he graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics.

Matt Torrance

Melinda is a Director at Connor Group Digital Solutions practice and has over 20+ years of experience in business management and consulting. She has worked for clients within the education, media, manufacturing, high-tech, and life science industries. Melinda has helped her clients transform their business to optimize Order-to-Cash processes and drive technology time-to-value. Melinda’s areas of expertise include implementation of SaaS E-Commerce, Billing and Revenue Automation software.

Melinda earned her Bachelor of Accounting degree from the Ohio State University; is passionate about building the next generation Digital Solutions leaders by championing diversity and mentoring consultants to achieve a balanced and fulfilling life.

Melinda Soto

Mark is a Director in Connor Group’s Technical Accounting group.

Prior to joining Connor Group, Mark spent approximately six years overseeing Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting for Healthpeak Properties, Inc., an S&P 500 company. Prior to Healthpeak, Mark worked in EY’s audit practice, primarily auditing large public companies, including a global Fortune 100 technology company, as well as smaller biotechnology and life science companies through the IPO process. Mark has extensive experience drafting and reviewing SEC-compliant financial statements and assisting in the resolution and documentation of complex technical accounting matters.

Mark is a Certified Public Accountant in California.

Mark Valenzuela

Mallar is a Director in Connor Group’s Technical Accounting practice. He has significant experience in complex technical accounting and financial reporting matters. His areas of expertise include advising public and private companies in technology (SaaS, Adtech, Transaction Processing), agribusiness and retail sectors on complex technical accounting issues and SEC reporting matters. Mallar has extensive experience with implementation of ASC 606, Revenue Recognition, ASC 842, Leases and ASC 326, Credit Losses standards, including evaluation of ongoing internal controls and disclosure processes as well as operational implementation of new accounting standards.

Prior to joining Connor Group, Mallar was a Senior Manager at EY in the audit practice for 14 years. Mallar’s career background includes broad experience in variety of complex areas including income taxes, goodwill and long-lived asset impairment assessment, equity-method investments and non-controlling interests, pension accounting, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) control implementation, stock-based compensation, transfers/servicing of financial assets, assessing accounting differences under US GAAP vs IFRS standards, business combination and financial restatements. While at EY, Mallar developed highly productive working relationships with key client personnel including CFOs, Controllers and Directors of Internal Audit of public and private companies. He was also a subject matter expert in data analytic tools used to analyze transactions for trends and anomalies.

Mallar has a master’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Bowling Green State University in Ohio and a bachelor’s in Accounting from University of Calcutta in India. He is a licensed CPA in Ohio and Missouri.

Mallar Mukherjee

Landon is a Director at Connor Group serving in Managed Services practice. Landon has extensive experience leading teams in performing efficient and effective accounting close processes. He also has experience working with complex revenue recognition issues (including software revenue and contract accounting), stock-based compensation, business combinations, cost capitalization, financial statements preparation, restatements, and SEC reporting.

Prior to working at Connor, Landon was the US Controller at Ancestry. He also spent 10 years serving as audit Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Denver and Salt Lake City offices and worked within the Connor Group Technical Accounting practice. He has worked in several industries, such as technology, manufacturing, aerospace, and oil and gas. This experience ranged from working with private start-up companies to working with large multinational companies.

Landon is Certified Public Accountant (Utah) and a member of the AICPA.

Landon Moller

Kim is a Director in Connor Group’s Technical Accounting practice. Kim has over 15 years of public accounting experience and has served a variety of companies in the technology, consumer products and manufacturing industries on a multitude of topics, including business combinations, stock-based compensation, consolidations, SEC reporting matters, and general accounting matters as well as the differences between IFRS and US GAAP.

Prior to joining Connor Group, Kim worked for International Game Technology PLC as the Senior Director of Financial Reporting. Before IGT, Kim worked for Ernst & Young in their Technical Accounting Advisory Group providing assistance to companies in various industries on a multitude of projects, including acquisition accounting, share based payment projects, consolidation projects, initial public offerings, debt offerings, carve out projects and accounting policy projects. Prior to EY, Kim worked in the Assurance practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Kim graduated with a BA in Accounting from Assumption College and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts and New York.

Kim Smith

Katie Carnes is a Director in Connor Group’s Managed Services practice. She has significant experience in client service, accounting processes, SEC reporting, and implementing the correct processes and controls in both large public companies and small private companies. Katie is a critical thinker and understands the importance of communication and implementing the right processes to be successful.

Prior to joining Connor Group in the Managed Service practice, Katie worked was a Sr. Manager in Audit and Advisory services at Deloitte. She also spent three years working in Deloitte’s national audit practice in the Audit Process Transformation group. Katie graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, with an emphasis in accounting, from the University of California Santa Barbara.

Katie is a leader in Connor Group’s Managed Services practice and holds an active CPA license.

Katie Carnes

Jordan is a Director in Connor Group’s Financial Operations practice. He has a combination of industry and professional services experience and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments to provide strategic solutions to a variety of operational accounting challenges pertaining to people, processes, and systems. He has expertise in IPOs, SOX, financial transformation, and process optimization.

Jordan is a leader in Connor Group’s BlackLine practice and is a certified BlackLine Implementation Partner. He has worked with companies ranging from large multinational corporations to high-growth startups.

Prior to joining Connor Group in New York, Jordan worked for Blue Apron as Senior Manager of Finance and Investor Relations. Jordan began his career with KPMG, providing auditing and consulting services to a variety of clients, including multi-billion dollar publicly held corporations.

Jordan is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York and graduated from Binghamton University with honors in Accounting.

Jordan Teitelbaum

John is a Director in Connor Group’s Technical Accounting practice. He has significant experience helping clients navigate complex accounting and financial reporting matters, including revenue recognition, leasing, stock compensation, financing, business combinations, investments, and software development costs.

John has led engagements for a wide spectrum of clients, from start-ups and companies preparing for an IPO and first year SOX 404 implementation to multi-national publicly traded conglomerates, in a variety of industries including emerging technology, software/SaaS, and entertainment.

Prior to joining Connor Group, John was in the audit practice at PwC for 15 years in their Los Angeles and New York Metro offices. He also served several years as director in their national office, working alongside PwC leadership in developing high-impact technology solutions, specializing in technical consultations, and supporting teams through PCAOB inspections.

John graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and is a Certified Public Accountant in California.

John Wrentmore

John is a Director in Connor Group’s Financial Operations practice in New York. He has nearly fifteen years experience in public accounting and industry. Since joining industry, John managed or executed SOX integrations for two multi billion-dollar acquisitions, implemented two separate SOX management tools, identified and investigated fraud and illegal acts, and transformed a SOX testing function resulting in over a million dollars in cost savings.

Prior to joining Connor Group, John worked seven years at KPMG. John later worked at Revlon, Bristol Myers Squibb and Coty.

John DeMarco

Joey is a Director in Connor Group’s Interim Staffing practice. He has significant experience in technical accounting, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance. Joey is a critical thinker and a team player who enjoys new challenges and working collaboratively.

Prior to joining Connor Group in the Bay Area, Joey began his career at EY and has held various positions of increasing responsibility in technology and SaaS companies since then. Joey graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the San Jose State University in 2009.

Joey is a leader in Connor Group’s Technical Accounting practice and holds a CPA license in the state of California.

Joey Young

Joe is a Director at Connor Group serving in the Digital Solutions practice, advising clients in financial operations and strategic planning. Joe has 14+ years’ experience in corporate finance, accounting, management consulting, strategy, and business operations across several industries including technology, government, and analytical science.

He previously founded SaaS startup Virtroid, the first Virtual and Augmented Reality Real Estate company in Silicon Valley and secured 4 patents while leading the company to acquisition by MagicLeap. He has held Founder, CFO, Controller, Finance Director, and Senior Manager roles for companies ranging from seed stage startups to large corporations. Most recently he led Strategy and Business Operations at Amazon, growing the online grocery division from $800 million to $6 billion revenue in 3 years.

His professional expertise includes creating and executing strategic company goals, implementing software solutions and processes to improve finance and accounting operations, financial modeling, strategic planning and budgeting, capital allocation and investments. He is also well versed in corporate strategy (raising capital, restructuring, M&A) and leading business operations. Joe built Virtroid from idea to concept and has raised over $238 million from investors, completed two company turnarounds, and led over 12 successful NetSuite ERP implementations in the Technology industry.

Joe received his Master’s in Business Administration from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Sonoma State University.

Joe Burritt

Jeff is a Director in Connor Group’s Technical Accounting and IPO Services Practice. He has significant experience in technical accounting and financial reporting matters, including business combinations, lease accounting, share-based compensation, revenue recognition and financial statement preparation.

Prior to joining Connor Group, Jeff spent 13+ years with PwC in Boston in their audit practice serving both public and private clients in the financial services industry.  Jeff also spent four years in the advisory practices of two other national accounting advisory firms, working with a variety of clients in the technology and life sciences industries, including serving in controllership roles.

Jeff is a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts and graduated from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst with a B.B.A. in Accounting and a M.S. in Accounting.

Jeff Hark

Greg is a Director in Connor Group’s Technical Accounting and IPO Services practice, aiding clients with technical accounting issues and helping clients achieve IPO readiness. He has extensive experience with revenue recognition, lease accounting, goodwill and intangibles, business combinations and stock-based compensation.

Prior to joining Connor Group, he worked as an audit professional at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Dallas, Texas for more than 8 years, most recently as a senior manager serving both public and private multi-national and small companies in a variety of industries including, but not limited to, telecommunications, multicloud, SaaS, renewable energy, and oil and gas.

Greg graduated from Brigham Young University holding both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas.

Greg Downs

Gannon is a Director at Connor Group in the Financial Operations practice.

Gannon brings 20 years of accounting and operational experience, working primarily with manufacturing and medical technology companies. He has extensive experience helping companies develop financial processes both in terms of compliance and operational excellence, with a focus on finding the right balance between external regulatory requirements, business discipline, and internal agility.

Gannon was formerly a Technical Accounting Manager, Division Controller, and Director of Internal Audit for a global materials science company specializing in waterproof textiles and medical devices. He also served as an Audit Manager with KPMG and Grant Thornton, working on a variety of clients from startups to Fortune 100 companies, including SOX compliance, IPO readiness, acquisitions, divestitures, restructuring, and complex debt and equity transactions.

Gannon earned his degree in Accounting from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, and an MBA Finance with honors from Keller Graduate School of Management. He is a Certified Public Account (CPA) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), and a recipient of the Glenn Sumners Award for the highest CIA exam score in 2018.

Gannon Burleigh

Eddy is a Director in Connor Group’s Financial Operations and Digital Solutions practice. Eddy has almost 10 years of Procurement and Coupa implementation experience with a successful track record as a leader of global transformation programs and business process improvement initiatives.

Eddy possesses a deep understanding of client objectives and is skilled in facilitating design process and system requirements gathering sessions. Recognized for offering strategic advice to clients’ specific goals and needs, providing expert recommendations for program design and platform configuration.

Prior to working at Connor Group, Eddy was at Accenture where he was a Senior Manager in their Global Coupa Practice. At Accenture he focused on building the North America Coupa capability from a Sales, Delivery, and Team perspective while providing leadership and oversight on multiple engagements. Successfully has led 20+ multiyear projects spanning various industries.

Eddy graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is based out of Chicago, IL.

Eddy Rochel

Dmitry is a Director in Connor Group’s Technical Accounting and IPO Services group primarily engaged in assisting clients with resolving technical accounting issues and achieving IPO readiness. Most recently, Dmitry is serving pre-IPO and public clients in software, technology, and biotechnology industries.

Prior to joining Connor Group, Dmitry worked in the audit practice at EY serving public and multinational private clients in various industries, including industrial products, retail and consumer products, utilities, and telecommunication.

Dmitry is a Fellow Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA, UK) and Certified Public Accountant in the state of California.

Dmitry Petrichenko

Dipti is a Director in Connor Group’s Managed Services practice. She specializes in financial statement analysis, preparation and review, month-end close optimization, project management, technical accounting issues, IPO readiness, and team management. Dipti’s background includes working both internally and externally in companies across multiple sizes and industries.

Before Connor Group, Dipti spent thirteen years at Big 4 (EY and PwC) in various leadership roles. Her experience included taking two clients through IPO and leading financial statements of public and private companies. She focused on various industries including Software / SaaS, Online advertising, Information Technology, Biotech, Manufacturing, and Media & Entertainment.

Dipti successfully led the implementation of many accounting pronouncements including ASC 606 and ASC 805 for multiple clients. She also developed blueprint files at PwC to promote audit efficiencies.

Dipti is a licensed CPA in the state of Oregon and California, a licensed Chartered Accountant (CA), and a Company Secretary (CS) in India. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from a prestigious University in India.

Dipti Daga

David is a Managing Director with over 20 years of experience assisting clients with finance strategy, processes and systems, complex technical accounting matters, SEC/GAAP regulations, SOX/internal controls, financial reporting, and assistance with clients’ financial statement audits. He has experience in multiple industries, including financial services, manufacturing, transportation, retail, construction and energy.

Prior to joining Connor Group, David was a Deputy CFO and Chief Accounting Officer of a multi-national specialty finance public company focused on strategic finance initiatives, M&A due diligence and integration, close process improvements, technical accounting, SEC communications, and SOX remediation efforts. Prior to being in industry, he spent 14 years providing auditing and accounting services at Ernst & Young specializing in serving Fortune 500 clients in the Texas market.

David is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Masters degree in Accounting and a Business Administration degree with Honors.

David McGuire

Cameron is a Director in Connor Group’s Managed Services and specializes in financial statement preparation, consolidations, controls, process improvements, close optimization and financial analysis. Cameron has significant experience in evaluating close processes and reducing close timelines, inventory accounting, implementing and optimizing BlackLine, and establishing best practices.

Prior to joining Connor Group, Cameron held several accounting and finance leadership roles in which he reduced close timelines and manual processes, managed the selection, negotiation, design and implementation of various accounting systems and tools, led global cost accounting methodology changes, and improved insights into key performance indicators and reporting through budgeting and forecasting. Cameron started his career at PwC, where he focused on auditing clients in various industries, including financial services, telecommunications and manufacturing.

Cameron graduated with a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Accounting from Utah State University.

Cameron Anderson

Brian is a Director in Connor Group's Business Development practice. With 14+ years of experience working specifically in the accounting and finance industry in Boston, Brian will continue to target his efforts in this region.

Prior to joining Connor Group in Boston, Brian’s past roles have included director positions at CFGI, Robert Half, and a regional firm. In these roles, his focus was on both the demand side of the business (BD) and the supply side (recruiting).

Brian graduated with a bachelor's degree in business administration from Sacred Heart University and he takes pride in helping his clients directly or indirectly through his network.

Brian Fierimonte

William is a Director in the Connor Groups Financial Operations practice. He was previously a Northeast Regional Director of RSM McGladrey’s NetSuite practice whereby he assisted clients with financial statement preparation, corporate accounting management and implementation of NetSuite financial (ERP) systems. His professional expertise includes consolidated financial reporting, 10K & 10Q reporting and formulation of monthly cash flows and budgets. He is also well versed in accounting standards and multi-entity consolidated reporting. William has participated in over seventy-five (75) successful ERP implementations in the Entertainment, Services, Manufacturing, Distribution and Not for Profit niches. He has many years of experience in development of month end financial processes, advanced reporting techniques, business intelligence tools and restructuring of accounting departments.

William has served at the Controller level capacity in the Manufacturing, Distribution and Entertainment industries. He has assisted with several startup ventures and has assisted with several client restructuring’s assisting with debt financing solutions, factoring, and line of credit processing's for company expansions. He also has a wealth of “hands on knowledge” of operational manufacturing with such specialized areas such as: Shop Floor Controls, tracking of WIP, customized BOM’s (Bill of Materials), routing’s, indirect/direct costing methodologies and other specialized areas of manufacturing.

William received his Master’s in Business Administration with honors from St. Josephs College and holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting from the State University of New York.

Bill Sharp

Athena is a Director in Connor Group’s Technical Accounting group, providing assistance to clients with technical accounting issues, IPO readiness and the S-1 filing process. Athena has extensive experience with lease accounting, revenue recognition, stock-based compensation, complex debt and equity arrangements, business combinations, public and private financial statements preparation, and SEC filings.

Ashley Maclachlan

Anthony is a Director in Connor Group’s Technical Accounting and IPO Services practice. Anthony assists clients with technical accounting issues and helps clients achieve IPO readiness. He has extensive experience working with revenue recognition, debt and equity offerings, lease accounting, stock-based compensation, business combination, public equity offerings, SEC filings, and facilitating audit readiness.

Prior to joining Connor Group, Anthony worked as an audit professional for PwC in Salt Lake City, serving companies in a variety of industries. He graduated with his Master of Accountancy from Utah State University and is a licensed CPA in Utah. He was a recipient of the 2012 AICPA Elijah Watt Sells Award for top exam performance on the CPA exam.

Anthony Lemon

Anthony Hermann

Anna is a Director in Connor Group’s Business Development practice. She specializes in Digital Solutions and manages Connor Group’s relationships with key technology partners such as NetSuite, Zone, Coupa and Fastpath. With 8+ years of experience in financial systems design and implementations, Anna works with new and existing clients on finding the optimal solutions for their technology needs.

Prior to working at Connor Group, Anna worked at Oracle NetSuite as a Consultant and Solutions Lead, where she led over 50 ERP implementations and supported scoping efforts during client sales cycles. She holds multiple certifications, including NetSuite ERP Consultant, NetSuite Administrator, NetSuite SuiteAnalytics User, NetSuite Financial User, Coupa BSM, and Workato Automation Pro.

Anna graduated with her Bachelor’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis.

Anna Zambricki

Anders is a Director in Connor Group’s Technical Accounting practice. He has over 20 years of combined public accounting and industry experience, mainly in audit services, technical and operational accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls.

Anders started his career with PwC where he spent over nine years in total in the audit practice in Sweden and United States serving public and private companies in a variety of industries and thereafter held accounting and financial reporting positions for several public companies in the DC metro area. He has significant experience from adoption and application of new accounting standards such as ASC 606 and ASC 842, resolution of various technical accounting matters, and SEC reporting. Anders is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Virginia.

Anders Sundstrom

Alondra is a Director in Connor Group’s Managed Service practice located in Omaha, NE. She has significant experience in month-end accounting operations, M&A integrations and standardizing and streamlining accounting workflows.

Prior to joining Connor Group, Alondra worked for DoorDash where she led the accounts payable and payroll/employee expense accounting operations. Before DoorDash, she worked for Yahoo in various accounting roles including Accounting Director of balance sheet accounting and M&A Accounting Manager. Alondra graduated with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting from the Missouri State University in Springfield, MO.

Alondra is an innovative and critical thinker with over 25 years of accounting experience. She understands the importance of building relationships across functions to ensure that effective and efficient processes are created start to finish.

Alondra McDaniel

Adriana skillfully and gracefully assists companies experiencing accounting disruption as a Director in the Connor Group's Managed Services practice. Adriana’s accomplishments include leading multi-lingual worldwide accounting teams under restructuring, acquisition, and integration. Adriana’s specializations include IFRS and US GAAP reporting requirements, providing IPO readiness services, audit assistance and material weakness remediation around the financial statement close process, revenue recognition, stock-based compensation, among others.

Adriana came to Connor Group with an impressive tenure working both for Ernst & Young and PwC in Silicon Valley providing advisory consulting services and assurance services to some of the largest technology companies in the world. During her time in Silicon Valley, Adriana spent three years at PricewaterhouseCoopers performing financial statement audits for public and private companies in software, SaaS, semiconductors, computers, and networking, among others. Furthermore, she spent two years at EY providing advisory services specifically with the new revenue recognition standard and the new lease standard. Additionally, Adriana has worked for more than 8 years at the Division of Corporation Finance in the Peruvian SEC, evaluating red herring prospectus, drafting comment letters, and providing interpretive assistance to companies specifically with financial reporting standards and disclosure requirements.

Adriana is a licensed CPA in the state of California and is a member of the AICPA. She holds a JD/MA in Law and Economics, a BS in Economics with a concentration in Accounting and Finance.

Adriana Abron

Maria is a Director in [Connor Group](/org/connor-group)’s Financial Operations practice. Maria is an expert in helping our clients drive business transformation through ERP change and process controls. Maria brings to the client a unique blend of accounting expertise, practical systems user experience and broad, technical ERP knowledge. Maria works across all finance functions helping our clients define their ERP requirements and efficiently manage the selection process for the best fitting ERP. Maria also oversees the implementation process, ensuring the client’s financial requirements are appropriately translated into the technical language of the ERP system, as well as guiding adoption of best practices in processes and controls in and around the ERP.

Maria was a senior auditor with [KPMG](/org/kpmg) before spending 15 years in various positions, including that of a Controller at a software company and as a Senior Manager of Technical Compliance for an international media group. Most recently Maria spent 5 years at Frank, Rimerman Consulting where she implemented Microsoft GP for clients ranging from non-profits, biopharmaceutical, manufacturing, and web-based businesses. Maria is a CPA and graduated with honors from [San Jose State University](/org/san-jose-state-university) with a BS in Business Administration, Accounting.

Maria Bayer

Jennie is a Director at [Connor Group](/org/connor-group) serving in Technical Accounting practice, providing assistance to clients with technical accounting issues and helping clients achieve IPO readiness. Jennie has extensive experience in working with complex revenue recognition issues (including multiple element arrangements and software revenue), variable interest entities, financial instruments/derivatives, business combinations, financial statements preparation, restatements, IPO filings and SEC reporting.

Prior to working at Connor, Jennie was an Inspection Specialist at PCAOB. Prior to that, Jennie spent 10+ years working as a Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touché in the San Francisco and Beijing offices, serving both multi-national and small companies in technology, media and telecommunication industry. During her career Jennie served clients such as [Pactera](/org/pactera-technology-international-ltd), TAL Education, [Camelot](/org/camelot), [New Relic](/org/new-relic), [McKesson](/org/mckesson), and Bio-Rad.

Jennie Jiang

Tim is a Director in [Connor Group](/org/connor-group)’s Managed Services practice. He specializes in financial statement analysis, preparation and review, month-end close optimization, project management, technical accounting issues and IPO readiness. Tim’s diverse background includes working both internally and externally in companies across multiple sizes and industries.

Prior to [Connor Group](/org/connor-group), Tim spent ten years in industry in a variety of accounting leadership roles, including Director of Accounting at a global logistics company. Some of his experiences included financial close, leading the global accounting team through implementation of new accounting guidance, redesign of numerous processes, financial statement preparation and review and various system selections and implementations. Tim is also a Big 4 alum, where he worked on integrated audits of both public and private companies.

Tim Brandt

Anne is a Director at [Connor Group](/org/connor-group) serving in the Financial and Operations practice, providing assistance to clients with process improvements and maximizing the effectiveness of systems, including ERP, CRM, planning and other financial tools. Anne has extensive experience with ERP and other financial tool implementation and process improvements.

Prior to working at Connor, Anne spent 5+ years serving as Assistant Controller with various companies in several industries, such as storage, software and SAAS. In addition to her service in the private sector, Anne worked for 8 years as an audit professional at pwc in the San Jose office, serving both multi-national and small companies in high technology industries, such as, semiconductor, hardware, and biotech.

Anne Zimmer

Matt is a Director in [Connor Group](/org/connor-group)’s Financial Operations practice. He has significant experience assisting finance and accounting organizations in evaluating and improving their organization, systems and processes including the assessment of internal controls. He has worked with multiple high-growth companies to evaluate, define, develop, and remediate their internal control frameworks with the ultimate goal of achieving SOX readiness and compliance. Additionally, he has worked with clients to identify and implement process and system improvements across all key business cycles – procure to pay, order to cash, financial reporting, inventory, etc. Matt’s expertise also extends to assisting clients with developing complex financial models in MS Excel & MS SQL Server to support key business initiatives and management decisions.

Prior to joining [Connor Group](/org/connor-group), Matt was a Manager with [Grant Thornton](/org/grant-thornton-international)’s Seattle office in the Business Advisory Services practice. Matt is a Certified Project Management Associate (CAPM) through the [Project Management Institute](/org/project-management-institute) (PMI). He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a degree in business administration and concentration in information systems.

Matthew MacLachlan

Jared is Director in [Connor Group](/org/connor-group)’s Managed Services practice. Jared has significant experience leading accounting and finance advisory activities for public and privately held domestic and international companies with revenues ranging from $1 million to $40+ billion. Jared specializes in accounting and financial operations improvement, technical accounting, public and private financing transactions, internal control over financial reporting, and financial statement reporting and process enhancements.

Prior to joining [Connor Group](/org/connor-group), Jared was a senior manager in the assurance and advisory practice at national and Big 4 public accounting firms in Salt Lake City, Los Angeles and the United Kingdom. Jared has extensive experience managing and executing financial statement audits, initial and secondary public and private debt and equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions and technical accounting and financial reporting. Jared has been involved in over 50 buy and sell-side advisory deals ranging from $5 million to $1+ billion serving as a financial due diligence expert. Jared’s experience also includes serving a secondment in the United Kingdom assisting clients with IFRS an SEC reporting matters, as well as serving as a national instructor for in-house training as a subject matter expert.

Jared’s technical background includes ASC 606 adoption and implementation, ASC 805 business combination issues, ASC 470 debt accounting and financial reporting considerations. Jared has served clients in various industries including life sciences, technology, consumer products, manufacturing and distribution, professional services and financial services.

Jared Ellison

Rochelle is a Partner in our Technical Accounting practice. Rochelle is based in Southern California and is responsible for serving clients and growing [Connor Group](/org/connor-group)’s client base in that market.

Rochelle has extensive experience in technical accounting and financial reporting. Her areas of expertise include advising companies on complex technical accounting issues and SEC reporting. Rochelle has broad transactional experience and has advised clients on accounting issues related to initial public offerings (IPOs), spin-offs, acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, and joint venture or SPE formations. At [Deloitte](/org/deloitte), Rochelle also gained extensive business development experience, successfully leading the firm’s expansion effort in the Southern California market.

Rochelle is joining [Connor Group](/org/connor-group), Inc. from [Deloitte](/org/deloitte) where she held the role of Managing Director in the Accounting & Reporting Advisory (ARA) practice for the Pacific Southwest region. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from [Biola University](/org/biola-university).

Rochelle Rausch

Barry is a Director in [Connor Group](/org/connor-group)'s Managed Services practice. He has excelled in helping clients with a wide variety of accounting needs, including FP&A, financial statement reporting, audit preparation, and many other functions. His breadth of experience lends itself to helping clients with a wide range of needs. He also plays a pivotal role as the Head of Operations in the Managed Services practice.

Prior to joining [Connor Group](/org/connor-group)'s Salt Lake office, Barry worked for [Republic Services](/org/republic-services) as a controller. Barry graduated from [Brigham Young University](/org/brigham-young-university) with a Master of Accountancy degree.

Barry Anderson

Deepika is a Partner in [Connor Group](/org/connor-group)'s Financial Operations (FinOps) practice. Deepika has more than 20 years of direct industry, management consulting and Big-4 experience business process improvement, financial operations and organizational effectiveness. Deepika has led numerous projects for high-growth companies in the areas of close process optimization, public company readiness, internal controls and system implementations and optimizations.

Deepika also has significant experience in risk consulting, helping clients to quantify and pro-actively mitigate risks and assessing companies overall internal control effectiveness. Previously Deepika was a Senior Manager in the advisory practice of Grant Thornton LLP and the head of Business Process Improvement and Internal Controls at bebe Stores, Inc. Deepika was also a Senior Management Consultant with Deloitte & Touche.

Deepika completed a MSc in Local Economic Development from the London School of Economics and a Dual BA in Economics and International Relations from [Scripps College](/org/scripps-college). Deepika is also a published author. Her debut book is titled, “Hello Universe, It’s Me”.

Deepika Sandhu

Wendy is a Director at [Connor Group](/org/connor-group) serving in the Financial Operations (FinOps) Systems Services practice. Wendy brings over 18 years’ experience leading operational, systems, infrastructure, data, and business intelligence teams in high-growth/start-up companies in a variety of industries including internet, media, technology, ad tech, health, and eCommerce. She has extensive experience designing systems, organizations, and technology solutions to support rapid growth and scale.

Wendy has helped clients with business process re-engineering, organizational design, system selection and system implementations including content management, order management, CRM, financial and ad serving/ad inventory management. Earlier in her career, Wendy led the development of a proprietary content management and subscription system for IGN Entertainment, Inc., an order management system built off Force.com with automated ad server provisioning and accounts payables functionality and holds a patent for her contributions to the development of a proprietary ad server.

He has significant experience implementing systems, processes, and controls in complex and fast paced environments. Tyler is a critical thinker and understands the importance of effectively leveraging business applications.

Prior to joining [Connor Group](/org/connor-group) in New York, Tyler worked for [Groupon](/org/groupon) as Manager of Financial Systems. Before [Groupon](/org/groupon), he worked for [Honeywell](/org/honeywell) in various accounting roles. Tyler graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.

Tyler Richtsmeier

Srinivas is a Director in [Connor Group](/org/connor-group)’s Digital Solutions (FinOps) practice. Srinivas brings over 15 years of experience in integrating and automating data transfers and data sharing between various financial, accounting, CRM, ERP and HRMS systems. Srinivas has led numerous enterprise integration engagements between latest and greatest cloud based and onpremise application including Sales force, NetSuite, Intacct, Workaday, ADP, Coupa etc.

Prior to joining Connor group, Srinivas worked for [Planful](/org/planful) (previous called Hostanalytics) in Data integrations, professional services for over 13 years. Srinivas has help many data integration and customer oriented roles responsible for design, development and delivering aspects of all data integration engagements for various clients of [Planful](/org/planful).

Srinivas is a Dell Boomi Professional Developer and Associate Developer certified and did his post graduation and graduation in computer science from University of Andhra Pradesh, India.

Srinivas Nukala

Willie is a Director in [Connor Group](/org/connor-group)’s Managed Services practice. Willie has demonstrated success in helping clients manage the month-end close process, financial statement and trend analysis, SEC financial reporting, technical accounting, regulatory compliance, and internal controls. Willie has extensive experience with share-based compensation, accounting for debt modifications, and business combinations.

Prior to joining [Connor Group](/org/connor-group), Willie spent seven years working in senior accounting roles at various publicly traded oil and gas companies in Denver. While in industry, Willie gained hands-on experience with the IPO process, debt offerings, equity offerings, and numerous acquisition and divestiture transactions. During this time, Willie worked closely with senior executives and audit committee members on a variety of issues, including SEC reporting, software/ERP implementations, technical accounting issues and business-related topics. Before his time in industry, Willie spent seven years working at Ernst & Young in Denver, serving both domestic and multi-national clients in the energy (oil and gas, mining and utilities), technology, manufacturing, and biotech industries.

Willie is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Colorado. He graduated with a Master of Accounting from the [University of Southern California](/org/university-of-southern-california), and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the [University of Utah](/org/university-of-utah).

Willie Mullin

Denice is a Director in [Connor Group](/org/connor-group)’s Managed Services practice. She specializes in the optimization of financial close ecosystems, including efficient process and documentation workflows, implementation of close automation tools, digital transformation, and controls scalability. Her vast controllership background also supports financial statement preparation, review, and analysis, as well as special project management. Denice’s diverse background includes working with public and private companies of multiple size and across varied industries.

Prior to [Connor Group](/org/connor-group), Denice spent over 20 years in industry in a variety of accounting leadership roles; most recently as Director of Corporate Accounting for [T-Mobile](/org/t-mobile) through the merger with Sprint. Some of her experiences include financial close optimization and digital transformation, guiding accounting teams through merger integration efforts, redesign of close processes for right-sized scalability, financial statement preparation and review, automation tool implementation, and corporate controls governance and scalability. Denice started her career in PwC’s assurance practice where she worked on both private and public company audits.

Denice Thurston

Derek has over a decade of corporate controller and VP finance experience spanning public and PE- and VC-backed private growth companies.

Derek joined [Connor Group](/org/connor-group) in 2018 to help launch the firm’s Managed Services Practice, a practice dedicated to providing premium controller services primarily focused on operational accounting and finance matters. Derek has assisted multiple public and IPO companies through audit preparation, financial statement preparation and review, material weakness remediation, acquisition accounting and systems integration, standard costing implementations, and he has served as interim corporate controller. Some of the subject matter areas on which he has assisted clients include revenue and accounts receivable, complex inventory and costing, stock-based compensation, budgeting and forecasting, and cash flow statement preparation.

Prior to [Connor Group](/org/connor-group), Derek spent eight years in industry as a corporate controller and finance director in SaaS, alternative energy, and med device companies. Some of his experiences included leading his team through challenging first-year audits with Big 4 firms, a first-year public company audit and SOX implementation after a fast-paced IPO, multiple systems and ERP implementations, and the build-out of budgeting and FP&A functions. He has liaised as a controller with dozens of accounting firms, including all of the Big 4 and several global firms. Derek is a licensed CPA in the state of Utah and holds both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Accountancy from [Brigham Young University](/org/brigham-young-university).

Derek Anderson

John is a Director in [Connor Group](/org/connor-group)’s Financial Operations practice. He has significant experience implementing systems, processes, and controls in complex and fast paced environments. John is a critical thinker and understands the importance of effectively leveraging business applications and creating efficiency through best practices and continuous business process improvement. Through thought leadership and deep expertise, John provides solutions to complex customer requirements as well as engineers’ ways to drive efficiency and scalable growth.

Prior to joining [Connor Group](/org/connor-group) in Denver, CO, John worked for Oracle | NetSuite as Senior Manager of Global Pricing. Before Oracle | NetSuite, he worked for Plante Moran (EKS&H) in various accounting roles within Tax, Audit and Advisory Services. John graduated with a Bachelor of Accounting from the [University of Utah](/org/university-of-utah).

John is a leader in [Connor Group](/org/connor-group)’s Digital Solutions practice as the Director of the Center of Excellence supporting NetSuite and holds several NetSuite certifications.

John Warner

Chelé is a Director in [Connor Group](/org/connor-group)’s Managed Service Practice. She specializes in financial process improvements, streamlining full-cycle accounting processes, ERP implementations, month-end close, and project management. Chelé has a diverse background working with companies from early-stage life cycles, large Fortune 500 companies, as well as supporting a company in bankruptcy. Chelé was formerly the Corporate Controller for two different private organizations where she led two multi-year system implementations from initiation to project completion. Prior to joining [Connor Group](/org/connor-group), Chelé was the Corporate Controller for [King Ranch](/org/king-ranch-inc) where she was responsible for overseeing the accounting functions of nine business segments. Chelé started her career in EY’s assurance practice where she spent 6 years working on both private and public company audits.

Chelé holds a Master of Professional Accountancy degree from the [University of Miami](/org/university-of-miami) and is a licensed CPA in the states of Colorado and Florida.

Chelé Cary

Carlin is a Director in [Connor Group](/org/connor-group)’s Managed Services practice. He is an effective accounting and finance professional with over nine years of experience including public companies and PE backed pre-IPO private companies. Carlin has worked in a variety of industries including retail and consumer, ecommerce, software/tech, and manufacturing. He has proven success in working with clients to achieve their goals in accounting and reporting.

Carlin is a Big 4 alumni, having spent over eight years at PwC in the assurance practice. While at PwC, he worked closely with multiple clients in various technical positions, including implementation of accounting standards such as ASC 842 and ASC 606 and complex accounting matters such as business combinations, goodwill impairment, operating segments, going concern, and convertible debt. For public clients, Carlin reviewed and provided feedback for SEC required filings such as forms 10-k, 10-Q, proxy statements and SEC comment letters. He led walkthroughs of significant processes in clients’ SOX programs and offered detailed plans to improve identified design and operational deficiencies in ICFR. Some of the other subject matter areas with which he has assisted clients include revenue recognition, inventory existence costing and valuation, stock-based compensation, budgeting and forecasting, accounting for income taxes, calculating EPS and cash flow statement preparation.

Prior to joining [Connor Group](/org/connor-group), Carlin was a corporate controller for a rapidly growing ecommerce company where he oversaw all accounting areas for five international business units including the sales to cash process, lease accounting, revenue recognition, inventory, and others. While in that role, he developed a close process and subsequently streamlined it through process improvement and automation. He also implemented a companywide management fee structure for tax compliance and was integral in the implementation of other technical accounting matters such as ASC 810 consolidation/VIE considerations, ASC 842 lease treatment, and joint venture acquisition.

Carlin holds a Master of Accounting from the University of Utah and is a licensed CPA in the state of Utah.

Carlin Simmons

Roxanne is a Partner in [Connor Group](/org/connor-group)'s Financial Operations (FinOps) practice and leads the Digital Solutions service line. Roxanne brings over 20 years’ experience in the Silicon Valley working with technology companies. Roxanne has led finance organizations in multiple industries including the internet, software, biotechnology, and manufacturing. She has strong controllership and executive finance experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

As the leader of our Digital Solutions, Roxanne manages client engagements helping companies get the most out of all their finance systems including ERP, procure to pay, revenue automation, CRM, planning, and other modern financial tools. Roxanne leads the FinOps practice in our ASC 606 initiatives helping clients operationalize and systemize the new accounting policies and processes. In her role as systems lead, Roxanne is also responsible for our NetSuite practice where we are the proud recipient of the NetSuite’s 2018 Partner of the year for Software/Technology Vertical. Roxanne also assists clients through introducing and improving business processes and preparing the finance organization for the public company environment, including the financial planning functions.

Prior to joining [Connor Group](/org/connor-group), Roxanne was Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer for Glam Media, Inc., where she managed a global finance team and had particular success in global finance systems implementations. Prior to joining Glam Media, Roxanne was Chief Financial Officer of Business Engine, Inc. a global software company. Roxanne’s experience also includes over six years in the biotechnology industry and completion of an IPO. Roxanne started her career at Coopers & Lybrand in San Jose (now PwC) and is a licensed CPA in California (inactive). She holds a B.S. in Accounting from [Santa Clara University](/org/santa-clara-university).

Roxanne Brady

Sebastien is a Partner at [Connor Group](/org/connor-group) and leads the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) practice. He has extensive experience in buy and sell-side cross-functional due diligence, merger integration, carve-outs and divestitures, purchase and transition services agreement negotiations, post-close dispute resolution, financial analysis and modeling, process improvement, and cash planning and management. Sebastien has advised several of the Fortune 1000 and leading global private equity firms both domestically and internationally. He has broad M&A experience in a variety of industries including technology, software, telecommunications, consumer and industrial products.

Prior to joining [Connor Group](/org/connor-group), Sebastien was a director in both PwC and EY’s deals practices in Boston. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Accountant in France.

Sebastien Cuvelier

Ravi is a Partner in [Connor Group](/org/connor-group)’s Technical Accounting and IPO Services practice providing technical accounting assistance on complex, structured transactions and helping clients achieve IPO readiness. Ravi has extensive experience in working with complex debt and equity transactions, consolidations, business combinations, leasing, revenue recognition (including ASC 606/IFRS 15), and public-private partnerships (PPPs) under both US GAAP and IFRS.

Prior to joining [Connor Group](/org/connor-group), Ravi was a Senior Manager in Ernst & Young’s Financial Accounting Advisory Services practice. Ravi’s career background includes cross-functional and multi-national Big-4 experience consisting of on-call technical accounting advice, new accounting standards implementation assistance, preparation of gap assessments between financial statements prepared under US GAAP and IFRS, financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, IPO readiness and financial statement and integrated audits for private and publicly-traded companies.

Ravi is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of California, a member of the [AICPA](/org/aicpa), and has passed Level I of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) exam.

Ravi Kumar

Ursula is a Partner in [Connor Group](/org/connor-group)'s Financial Operations (FinOps) practice. Ursula has over 20 years of consulting, direct industry and Big-4 experience in finance & accounting, strategy, business process improvement, financial operations and organizational effectiveness. Ursula has led projects related to process optimization, finance transformation and performance management in an effort to improve performance, reduce inefficiencies, improve controls and enhance the overall operations of finance organizations.

Before joining [Connor Group](/org/connor-group), Ursula was a consulting CFO with Ravix Group, working with early stage companies to guide all aspects of their finance function, including establishing accounting systems and processes to ensure the effectiveness of their organization’s controls, creating relevant metrics and associated analyses to provide more strategically valuable information to management. Prior to Ravix, Ursula worked for Sun Microsystems in a variety of management roles, including leading the global Program and Practice Management organization for the Finance function, responsible for assessing priorities, defining and implementing strategy and architecting solutions for key challenges facing the organization.

Ursula is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and began her career with Ernst & Young, providing auditing and consulting services to primarily high technology companies, including early stage start-ups and multi-billion dollar publicly held corporations. Ursula graduated with high honors from [Texas A&M University](/org/texas-a-m-university) with a degree in Accounting.

Ursula Schorn

Laura is the Director of Marketing at [Connor Group](/org/connor-group), joined the firm in 2017. Laura’s responsibilities include all strategic and tactical marketing efforts of the firm. In addition to developing the strategic marketing approach, she also directs digital media, brand, event management, content marketing, website, and marketing operations efforts to include responsibility for the sales and marketing technology stack. Laura also manages the firm’s alliance marketing efforts with our 20+ alliances and partners.

Laura has more than 18 years’ experience in the accounting marketing industry. Prior to joining [Connor Group](/org/connor-group), she was an Assistant Director with a Big 4 firm, managing their signature entrepreneur programs. Laura’s prior experience also includes serving as the VP of Operations for a Colorado based technology association.

Accompanying her professional achievements, Laura is a proud veteran of the [United States Army](/org/united-states-army). Stationed in Germany and Texas during her service, she served four years on active duty in Air Defense Artillery. From there, she went on to attend St. Mary’s of California, graduating with a degree in Business Management.

Laura Garcia

David is a director at [Connor Group](/org/connor-group). He has provided a wide range of financial due diligence services, including buy and divestiture due diligence, quality of earnings reports, closing working capital analysis and sale purchase agreement analysis. David has worked extensively on international deals, particularly in Latin America.

David has over 10 years combined experience as a professional within M&A and Public Accounting in the U.S. prior to joining [Connor Group](/org/connor-group), he worked at both PwC and EY in Boston and Miami.

David Chang

Aleks is Partner and Strategic Markets Leader in [Connor Group](/org/connor-group)’s Technical Accounting and IPO Services practice. In addition to client service, Aleks focuses on the firm’s market activity in several geographies, including Boston, Chicago, Washington D.C., and Seattle. He is also responsible for interactions with regulatory organizations and several of our business alliances.

Aleks has hands-on US GAAP and IFRS experience advising clients and other [Connor Group](/org/connor-group) professionals in areas such as revenue recognition, complex financial instruments, leases, consolidation, business acquisitions and dispositions, stock compensation, capital markets, SEC reporting, and complex or unique transactions. He has in-depth familiarity with issues affecting emerging growth companies, both private and public, in the technology, software, cloud, clean energy, biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries.

Prior to his current role, Aleks founded and led our Professional Practice organization. He also directed the development of the firm’s guidance and client services in relation to the new revenue recognition rules of ASC 606.

He is a member of the Financial Reporting Executive Committee (FinREC) of the [AICPA](/org/aicpa), Financial Reporting Committee of the IMA, and Auditing Practice and Accounting Standards committee of California Society of CPAs. Additionally, Aleks is part of the [AICPA](/org/aicpa) Digital Assets Task Force, which develops nonauthoritative accounting and auditing guidance for cryptocurrencies, tokens, and other assets. He has presented on a variety of accounting topics at conferences and webinars.

Prior to joining [Connor Group](/org/connor-group) in 2009, Aleks spent 17 years with the Ernst & Young audit practice. He is a Certified Public Accountant (California) and Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (the United Kingdom).

Aleks Zabreyko

Jim is a Managing Partner at [Connor Group](/org/connor-group). Jim is a business leader and entrepreneur with 20 years of experience in biotechnology and technology companies. He was on the management team at [Fluidigm](/org/fluidigm) for seven years as a Director of Finance and Corporate Controller managing the Accounting and Finance groups and the S-1 filing in 2008. He was also the Finance Manager at Affymetrix for six years where he led the financial planning function during revenue growth from $10M to $200M and the 1996 IPO.

Jim has founded two companies, established complex international operations and closed over $150M in equity and venture debt financings. Jim is a former audit professional from Ernst & Young, where he worked on multiple IPO's and secondary offerings. He is a guest lecturer at [Stanford University](/org/stanford)'s Graduate School of Business on topics including revenue recognition and IPO readiness.

Jim graduated with a Master's degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business as a Sloan Fellow and graduated from U.C. Berkeley with a B.A in Economics.

Jim Neesen

Diana is a Director at [Connor Group](/org/connor-group) serving in the Financial Operations (FinOps) practice working with clients to improve the monthly close, finance processes, and systems. Diana has over 19 years of experience working in finance and accounting teams. Diana has extensive experience in FP&A in global fast paced, high growth environments. She also has strong accounting and project management skills, and has been responsible for financial systems implementations including reporting and budgeting & business intelligence systems. Diana is NetSuite Certified and Kyriba Center of Excellence - Gold Certified.

While at [Connor Group](/org/connor-group), Diana has helped clients with business process re-engineering, financial systems implementations, close process improvements, and internal controls assessments, and has been an active NetSuite system administrator for our clients. Diana has led large scale global ERP System implementations and optimization projects for multiple bio-tech companies, as well as software/SaaS, and services companies. Diana project managed systems selection & implementations for Budgeting & Financial Reporting tools. Diana has developed client specific tools such as account reconciliations, procedures, close check lists, policies and process documentation.

Prior to working at Connor, Diana was the FP&A manager for Glam Media, Inc. where she was responsible for financial analysis, management reporting, budget and forecast process. Prior to joining Glam Media, Diana was Finance Director at Sony Pictures Television International within the Networks division and assisted with the financial management and analysis of the channels within the Asia region.

Diana has passed all 4 parts of the CPA exam and also holds a B.S. in Business Economics, with an emphasis in Accounting from UCLA.

Diana Jew

Markham is a Partner in [Connor Group](/org/connor-group)'s Business Development practice and one of the original Founders of the firm. He is a serial entrepreneur helping create, organize and manage companies from the ground up. He has passion and proven expertise in establishing the foundation and motivation for any company to build upon. Markham continues to thrive in all aspects of [Connor Group](/org/connor-group) specifically focused on business development, recruiting, people operations, and marketing.

Prior to [Connor Group](/org/connor-group), Markham has helped start and build multiple software professional services firms, developing multiple multi-million dollar SAP, Oracle & PeopleSoft implementations across various industries. Markham has helped start or re-create four SaaS internet startups in both B2B and B2C spaces. He has the ability to persuade as well as see the good in people. This combination has been key to building a business critical partnership, landing a large sale or helping internal divisions see eye to eye, he can find common interests to meet all needs.

Markham graduated from [Brigham Young University](/org/brigham-young-university) with a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations.

Markham Bennett

Keyur is a Director in [Connor Group](/org/connor-group)’s Technical Accounting and IPO Services group providing assistance to clients with technical accounting issues and helping clients achieve IPO readiness. Keyur has extensive experience in working with stock-based compensation arrangements (including employee stock purchase plans), analyzing complex equity structures and financing arrangements, business combinations, financial statements preparation, and foreign currency issues.

Prior to working at [Connor Group](/org/connor-group), Keyur spent a number of years working within the Transaction Services group at both [KPMG](/org/kpmg) and PwC working with Companies in the consumer products, technology, financial services, and life sciences sectors.

Keyur is a Certified Public Accountant (NY - Active) and graduated with his Bachelors in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University.

Keyur Shah

Jonathan is a Partner in [Connor Group](/org/connor-group)’s Financial Operations practice. He has significant experience in finance transformation, business process improvement/ optimization, finance training and management reporting.

Before joining [Connor Group](/org/connor-group), Jonathan was a Manager at [KPMG](/org/kpmg) in its advisory practice. During his career, Jonathan has gained strong project management experience leading global teams. He has a very diverse finance background including Finance/Management Consulting, Internal Audit and Tax.

Jonathan is a Certified Public Accountant (California) and graduated with his Master of Accountancy from [Brigham Young University](/org/brigham-young-university).

Jonathan Kearl

Oleg is a Director in [Connor Group](/org/connor-group)’s Technical Accounting and IPO Services practice, providing assistance on complex technical accounting issues, audit and IPO readiness and S-1 filing process. Oleg has experience in multiple industries, including life sciences, technology, healthcare and manufacturing. His experience covers technical areas such as complex revenue recognition issues, business combinations, complex debt and equity arrangements, leases, share-based compensation, financial statement preparation, S-1 filings and SEC reporting.

Prior to joining [Connor Group](/org/connor-group), Oleg spent 13+ years working in various finance roles at companies in a variety of industries. In addition to his experience in the industry, Oleg also worked in the Assurance Practice at Ernst & Young’s San Jose and Sacramento offices, servicing both multi-national and small companies.

Oleg is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of California and a member of the [AICPA](/org/aicpa).

Oleg Predoliak

Jo is a Partner in [Connor Group](/org/connor-group)’s Technical Accounting and IPO Services practice assisting clients with resolution of complex technical accounting issues, audit and IPO readiness and S-1 filing process. Prior to joining [Connor Group](/org/connor-group), Jo spent over six years as a senior manager in the Central European Area Capital Markets Group of Ernst & Young. She was a technical advisor and reviewer for companies going through the S-1 or F-1 filing process with the SEC as well as companies already listed on US exchanges. She also provided business, accounting, and reporting expertise to multi-national companies reporting under US and international accounting standards.

In addition, Jo is a former manager in the assurance and management advisory service practices of KPMG Silicon Valley. She worked with private and public companies in technology and other industries and managed audits over financial statements and internal controls.

Jo is a Certified Public Accountant (California) and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Joanna Lynch

Mike is a Director in [Connor Group](/org/connor-group)’s Technical Accounting and IPO Services practice, providing assistance to clients with technical accounting issues and helping clients achieve IPO readiness. Mike has extensive experience with revenue recognition, business combinations, consolidation and variable interest entities, complex debt and equity arrangements, derivatives, goodwill and intangibles, inventory and related reserves, stock-based compensation, financial statement preparation and SEC Reporting.

Prior to working at [Connor Group](/org/connor-group), Mike worked as an audit professional at PwC in San Jose, California and Singapore, for more than 11 years, most recently as a senior manager serving both public and private multi-national and small companies in technology industries.

Mike graduated from [Santa Clara University](/org/santa-clara-university) with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant in California.

Mike Brandstetter

Brian is Senior Director of Finance at [Connor Group](/org/connor-group) and leads the corporate Finance and Accounting team. He has over a decade of combined experience in audit, technical accounting IPO services, financial operations, and FP&A. He partners with executive leadership and key business stakeholders in planning and executing critical firm initiatives.

Prior to joining [Connor Group](/org/connor-group), Brian worked as an audit professional in the Deloitte Salt Lake office serving both public and private clients in various industries.

Brian is a licensed CPA in Utah and holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting from [Brigham Young University](/org/brigham-young-university).

Brian Johnson

J. Alan is a Director in [Connor Group](/org/connor-group)’s Business Development practice. A well-respected thought leader across several industries, J. Alan has over eighteen years of professional experience in tackling complex operational challenges by leveraging technology partnerships, while implementing systems, processes, and controls in fast paced environments.

Prior to joining [Connor Group](/org/connor-group) in Seattle, J. Alan worked for [LeapPoint](/org/leappoint) as Sr. Director, Strategic Partnerships & Solution Principal. Before [LeapPoint](/org/leappoint), he worked for Dole Food Company & served as an Officer in the United States Air Force in various roles. J. Alan graduated from [Texas A&M University](/org/texas-a-m-university) and was recognized with the Top 12 Young Alumni Award in 2013.

Christine Gustafson is the Director of the Technical Accounting Team at [Connor Group](/org/connor-group). Previously, she was a Group Exercise Instructor at [Gold's Gym](/org/golds-gym). 

Christine Gustafson

Vishal is a Director in Digital Solutions practice at [Connor Group](/org/connor-group). He has been working in enterprise application integration space for over 14 years at different organizations where he was responsible for end-to-end integration between cloud based and on-premise systems like [Salesforce](/org/salesforce), NetSuite, [Workday](/org/workday), Intacct, Sage using appropriate tools and technologies.

Prior to joining [Connor Group](/org/connor-group) in Silicon Valley, Vishal worked for [Planful](/org/planful) (previously called Host Analytics) where he has successfully led and delivered over 200 application/data integration and automation projects over a period of 5 years till company went through a successful acquisition.

Vishal graduated with a Master’s in Management Information Systems from [Texas A&M University](/org/texas-a-m-university), College Station and also holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Science. He is a certified Dell Boomi Professional Developer and Associate Developer. Vishal has this innate ability to develop creative integration solutions which can scale to meet rapid organizational growth.

Vishal Saini

Jenna is a Director in [Connor Group](/org/connor-group)’s Financial Operations practice. She has significant experience in system implementations, internal controls, process improvement and project management. She is certified in NetSuite SuiteFoundation and is a certified BlackLine Implementation Partner. She has worked with companies ranging from large multi-national corporations to high growth start-ups.

Prior to joining [Connor Group](/org/connor-group), Jenna was an Accounting Manager at [Cantor Fitzgerald](/org/cantor-fitzgerald) and started her career at PwC. She is a Certified Public Accountant (NY - Active) and graduated from [Ohio University](/org/ohio-university) with a Bachelor of Business Administration.

Jenna Stevens

Dom is a Partner in [Connor Group](/org/connor-group)’s Technical Accounting Practice resident in the New York office. In this role, he provides guidance and leads client service engagements on a variety of technical accounting issues including leasing, debt and equity financing transactions, revenue recognition, business combinations, embedded derivatives, foreign currency, stock and employee compensation, and new accounting standard implementation. He is the leader of [Connor Group](/org/connor-group)'s thought leadership and client service roll out around the new leasing standard (ASC 842). Dom is also a member of the FASB Small Business Advisory Committee and is a developer and presenter of training classes for external and internal audiences and a presenter at accounting conferences.

Prior to joining [Connor Group](/org/connor-group), Dom spent ten years at PwC, including two years as a technical accounting consultant in the Accounting Services Group of PwC’s National Office. While in the National Office, Dom consulted on a variety of technical accounting issues including leasing, debt and equity financing transactions, embedded derivatives, the statement of cash flows, foreign currency, and private company accounting alternatives. Before his time in the National Office, Dom was a member of PwC’s Private Company Services assurance practice serving private equity backed enterprises, pre-IPO companies, and large closely held businesses in a variety of industries. He managed all aspects of audit and attest engagements including technical accounting research, financial statement preparation, internal controls assessments, and process improvement analysis.

Dom is a Certified Public Accountant (New York & New Jersey). He graduated with distinction from [Hofstra University](/org/hofstra-university) with an MBA in Accounting and graduated with distinction from the State University of New York College at Geneseo with a BS in Business Administration.

Dominick Kerr

Jeff is CEO of [Connor Group](/org/connor-group) and the founder of the firm. Under Jeff's leadership and vision, [Connor Group](/org/connor-group) has grown into a premier global provider of high-quality technical accounting, financial operations and IPO services with clients in North America, Europe, Asia and South America.

Jeff has served as a lead or senior advisory partner for many of our clients, including public and private companies and private equity firms. In these roles, he has managed initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, IPO filings, and complex revenue recognition. He serves as an expert advisor to company executives and Board members on accounting and business operational matters.

Jeff is an industry leader and a subject matter expert in revenue recognition. He is a frequent presenter at nationwide seminars and expert panels, a contributor to published accounting articles and a guest lecturer at [Stanford University](/org/stanford)'s Graduate School of Business.

Jeff started his career as a Certified Public Accountant with Ernst & Young in Palo Alto after graduating in Accounting from [Brigham Young University](/org/brigham-young-university) Magna Cum Laude.

Jeff Pickett

Robert is a Director at [Connor Group](/org/connor-group) serving in the Managed Services practice, providing assistance to clients with technical accounting issues and helping clients achieve SEC compliance and IPO readiness. Robert has experience in working with business combination and purchase accounting issues, preferred stock issues, accounting close process, financial statements preparation and SEC reporting. Some of his main clients while at [Connor Group](/org/connor-group) include the successful IPOs of Fitbit and Coupa and a NetSuite implementation project at Spotify.

Prior to working at Connor, Robert spent 6+ years serving as the Senior Manager of Financial Reporting with various companies in the software and biotech industries. In addition to his time in the private sector, Robert last served as a manager at Ernst & Young in the San Francisco office, serving both multi-national and small companies in technology, retail products, and real estate sectors.

Robert is Certified Public Accountant (California), a member of the [AICPA](/org/aicpa) and a graduate of [UC Berkeley](/org/uc-berkeley).

Robert Wang

Randa is a Partner in [Connor Group](/org/connor-group)’s Technical Accounting and IPO Services practice.

Randa has vast experience with multinational companies reporting under US GAAP and IFRS. She also has expertise in SEC reporting, preparation of financial statements, carve-outs, and the resolution of complex technical accounting transactions including revenue recognition, business combinations, debt and equity financings, provisions, assets held for sale, impairment, and fixed assets. Randa has been involved in multiple IPO and other complex transaction engagements. Her clients included companies such as Ultragenyx, [Jazz Pharmaceuticals](/org/jazz-pharmaceuticals), Aduro Biotech Inc., Invuity Inc., CytomX Therapeutics, Harris and others.

Prior to joining [Connor Group](/org/connor-group), Randa spent nine years in the Accounting Policy group of Rio Tinto Alcan and her experience included the preparation of SEC filings, statutory and carve-out financial statements, and the resolution of technical accounting issues. In addition, Randa was an Audit Senior Manager at Ernst & Young in California and Greece where her primary responsibilities were the preparation of financial statements under US GAAP and IFRS as well as technical review of IFRS financial statements for Ernst & Young’s Southeast Europe offices.

Randa is a Certified Public Accountant (California) and graduated from [Syracuse University](/org/syracuse-university) with a B.S. in Accounting.

Randa Ghantous

Danny is the Senior Director of Technology at [Connor Group](/org/connor-group), leading software development and IT organizations within the firm. He brings over 18 years of software development and IT management experience to this role and is passionate about building world-class software and high-functioning teams. Danny leverages his drive to excel and proven expertise to establish technology as one of [Connor Group](/org/connor-group)’s strategic growth platforms.

Prior to joining [Connor Group](/org/connor-group) in Salt Lake, Danny was a VP of Development at Identifix, a Solera company. His focus was on growing a global team which created innovative solutions, making Danny a key driver in expanding the product portfolio for this industry-leading company. His experience with a variety of software start-ups and his deep technical knowledge provide an ideal foundation for Danny’s role in the growth and development of [Connor Group](/org/connor-group).

Danny Russell

Maisha is a Partner in [Connor Group](/org/connor-group)'s Financial Operations (FinOps) practice. 

Maisha brings over 20 years of experience in finance & accounting operations, finance strategy, business process improvement and organizational effectiveness. Maisha has led numerous high profile engagements related to finance function improvement, system implementations including NetSuite and Blackline, controls improvement and SOX, IPO readiness and organizational design.

Prior to joining [Connor Group](/org/connor-group), Maisha worked for PricewaterhouseCoppers in the Banking, Real Estate and Leasing audit practice for 5 years. Maisha has held many senior finance/accounting roles responsible for key aspects of the global finance function. She has worked with both private and public companies in numerous industries including clean tech, software/SAAS and life sciences.

Maisha is a Certified Public Accountant (California-inactive) and graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a BS degree in Business Administration.

Maisha Wilson

Jared is a Partner in our Recruiting and Interim Staffing practice and manages all of [Connor Group](/org/connor-group)’s client relationships. Jared has successfully built the recruiting and staffing group into being a significant contributor to [Connor Group](/org/connor-group) and its many clients. Jared’s attention and dedication to his client’s needs coupled with his concern and interest for his network of candidates have allowed him to establish key long-term working relationships. His expertise is in all areas and positions of Finance and Accounting.

Prior to leading the Recruiting and Interim Staffing practice Jared managed many of [Connor Group](/org/connor-group)’s marquee clients including AMD, ArcSight, [Codexis](/org/codexis), Big Band Networks and BlueArc. He served as a project leader and technical advisor to the Controllers and VPs of Finance. On the majority of his projects he focused on financial statement and footnote drafting, stock-based compensation, audit preparation and establishing accounting policies.

Jared is a Certified Public Accountant and started his career with Ernst & Young in San Jose after graduating with a Masters in Accounting from [Brigham Young University](/org/brigham-young-university).

Jared Walker

Catherine is a Director in [Connor Group](/org/connor-group)’s Technical Accounting and IPO Services practice providing her clients with assistance on complex technical accounting issues and helping them through the S-1 filing process. Catherine has extensive experience with revenue recognition, stock-based compensation, complex debt and equity arrangements, public and private financial statements and SEC filings.

Prior to working at [Connor Group](/org/connor-group), Catherine was in the audit practice at PwC spending time in their Toronto, Canada and London, England offices. Catherine graduated from [Wilfrid Laurier University](/org/wilfrid-laurier-university) in Canada and is a Chartered Accountant.

Catherine Gilliam

Dave is the Practice Leader of Managed Services at [Connor Group](/org/connor-group). In that capacity, Dave supports all of the firm’s client-serving professionals with technical accounting expertise and knowledge in complex areas. In addition, Dave contributes in the firm’s Technical Accounting and IPO Services practice, providing assistance to clients with technical accounting issues and helping clients achieve IPO readiness. Dave has extensive experience working with complex revenue recognition issues (including multiple-element arrangements, software revenue recognition, and contract accounting), business combinations and acquisition integration, reverse acquisitions, complex financial instruments and embedded derivatives, share-based compensation, accounting for complex debt and equity financings, debt modifications and restructurings, financial statements preparation, and SEC reporting.

Prior to his time at [Connor Group](/org/connor-group), Dave worked as an audit professional at Ernst & Young, serving both multi-national and domestic clients in technology, manufacturing, and retail sectors.

Dave graduated from [Brigham Young University](/org/brigham-young-university) with a both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant (Utah) and a member of both the [AICPA](/org/aicpa) and the UACPA.

Dave Butler

Jagdish is a Director in [Connor Group](/org/connor-group)’s Technical Accounting and IPO Services practice, providing assistance to clients with technical accounting issues and helping clients achieve IPO readiness. She has experience with revenue recognition, including ASC 606 adoption, lease accounting adoption under ASC 842, stock-based compensation, business combinations and worked on a number on biotech IPOs including financial statement preparation and S-1 filings.

Jagdish is a is a Certified Public Accountant (California – Active) and a Chartered Accountant (Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales). She graduated from the [University of Southampton](/org/university-of-southampton), UK with a Bachelor of Science, Joint Honors in Accounting & Law.

Jagdish Sohal

Blake is a Director in [Connor Group](/org/connor-group)’s Technical Accounting and IPO Services practice, providing assistance to clients with technical accounting issues and helping clients achieve IPO readiness. He has extensive experience with revenue recognition, lease accounting, business combinations, goodwill and intangibles, public equity offerings, and stock-based compensation.

Prior to joining [Connor Group](/org/connor-group), he worked as an audit professional at [Deloitte](/org/deloitte) in Orange County, California, and Salt Lake City, Utah, for more than 8 years, most recently as a senior manager serving both public and private multi-national and small companies in a variety of industries. His international audit experiences include mergers and acquisitions, SEC reporting and compliance, as well as resolution of technical accounting issues.

Blake graduated from [Brigham Young University](/org/brigham-young-university) holding both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant in Utah.

Blake Collins

Chris is a Partner in [Connor Group](/org/connor-group)’s Technical Accounting and IPO Services practice. Chris provides guidance and analysis on a variety of technical accounting issues, helps clients evaluate industry best practices, and assists in the implementation of process improvements. He has extensive experience with revenue recognition (including ASC 606/IFRS 15) and application of accounting guidance to both public and private companies in the technology and services industries.

Prior to joining [Connor Group](/org/connor-group), Chris spent nine years working in senior finance roles at several technology companies. While in industry, Chris worked closely with senior executives and audit committee members on a variety technical accounting issues and business-related topics. Chris helped these companies ensure that the accounting was in compliance with US GAAP and SEC regulations, while at the same time achieving efficient and scalable policies that aligned with corporate objectives. Before his time in industry, Chris started his career in the Assurance Practice at Ernst & Young’s San Jose office.

Chris is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California. He graduated valedictorian from San Joaquin College of Law with a JD and with honors from the California State University Fresno with a BS in Business Administration.

Chris LeFever

Domenic is a Director in [Connor Group](/org/connor-group)’s Managed Services practice. He specializes in digital transformation, project management, technical accounting issues, and SOX compliance. Domenic has served a variety of public and private clients in telecom, technology, manufacturing, and financial service industries.

Prior to [Connor Group](/org/connor-group), Domenic spent ten years in public accounting in a variety of leadership roles. His experience includes leading two IPO clients through their first year of SOX compliance. Domenic has led successful implementations of 606 and 842 in four different industries. Domenic served two of his 10 years overseas in Germany, leading an international audit team through three successful regulatory inspections. He also codeveloped a new service offering which incorporated robotics process automation and data optimization to prepare companies for a fully digital audit.

Domenic holds a Master of Professional Accounting degree from the [University of Washington](/org/university-of-washington) and is a licensed CPA in the state of Washington.

Domenic Sanelli

Lauren is a Partner in [Connor Group](/org/connor-group)'s Financial Operations practice. She has a combination of industry and professional services experience in financial operations, controllership, business process improvement, accounting systems and internal controls.

Lauren partners with clients’ senior finance executives in fast-paced, high-growth environments to provide strategic solutions to a variety of operational accounting challenges pertaining to people, processes and systems. Lauren has extensive experience introducing and improving business processes to prepare the finance organization for the public company environment. She works with clients designing and implementing practical recommendations that optimize the use of systems and improve the controls around a variety of key business areas including financial close and reporting, procure to pay, order to cash, intercompany and foreign currency transactions. Lauren has worked with both public and private companies in multiple industries with a focus in the technology space.

Prior to joining [Connor Group](/org/connor-group), Lauren was a Manager of Accounting Operations and Compliance for [Loews Corporation](/org/loews-corporation) and started her career at [Deloitte](/org/deloitte). She graduated Magna Cum Laude from [Providence College](/org/providence-college) and is a licensed CPA in New York.

Lauren Bowe

Nancy Dobbs is the People Operations Director for [Connor Group](/org/connor-group). She brings with her more than 15 years of experience in managing Human Capital and Operations/Resource Management in Big 4 public accounting, as well as prior experience in the insurance industry.

Prior to joining [Connor Group](/org/connor-group) Nancy worked for PwC as the Human Capital Manager of the Silicon Valley Pharma/Life Sciences external audit team. She also has had deep experience in domestic and international recruiting. This experience included working directly with local and multinational Partners, external hire Recruiting Managers as well as leading internal mobility efforts to identify qualified domestic and international candidates for the practice. In addition, Nancy has lead performance management processes, as well as developing and teaching a number of soft skills programs.

Nancy Dobbs

Laurie is a Partner in [Connor Group](/org/connor-group)'s Technical Accounting and IPO Services practice managing client engagements such as the implementation of the new revenue recognition guidance, strategic corporate transactions, IPO readiness and the S-1 filing process. Laurie typically serves as both a technical accounting advisor and project leader. She is an industry expert in revenue recognition, complex equity accounting and derivative and hedging accounting.

Laurie has served numerous clients including Intel, Apple, [Infinera](/org/infinera), [Infoblox](/org/infoblox), [Mirion Technologies](/org/mirion-technologies), Business Objects, [Cisco](/org/cisco), Portal Software and [Veritas](/org/veritas). Laurie is a former audit senior manager at Ernst & Young where she spent 14 years leading IPO engagements, advising on revenue recognition and hedge accounting, completing carve-outs and performing audits over financial statements and internal controls.

Laurie is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from University of Santa Barbara with a degree in Business and Accounting.

Laurie Marchand

Jesse is a Director in [Connor Group](/org/connor-group)’s Technical Accounting and IPO Services practice providing technical accounting guidance in all areas related to revenue recognition. Jesse assists clients in their efforts to construct and implement sound revenue recognition policies and practices. His areas of expertise include evaluation and adoption of ASC 606, creating revenue recognition policies, evaluating multiple-element arrangements, reviewing transactions, creating and analyzing VSOE & BESP studies, and providing training.

Prior to joining [Connor Group](/org/connor-group), Jesse spent 14+ years working in public accounting and in industry at Sun Microsystems and Oracle. He spent the majority of his career in the revenue recognition groups at those companies managing teams, building relationships with auditors, and creating functional, auditable processes.

Jesse graduated cum laude from [Brigham Young University](/org/brigham-young-university) holding both Bachelors and Masters degrees in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant in Colorado.

Jesse Fillerup

Jason is a Partner at [Connor Group](/org/connor-group) and leads the Financial Operations practice.

Jason brings 18 years of accounting and operational experience, working with high-growth and technology companies. As the Financial Operations Leader at [Connor Group](/org/connor-group), he has helped and guided over 40 companies in preparing for being public, planning and managing their IPO plan and/or improving operations and controls shortly after the IPO. Jason is an expert in helping clients drive business transformation through improved processes, systems, controls and organizational changes. Jason focuses on high-growth and technology companies, where he works across all finance, accounting and technology functions, helping clients define their business strategy/goals and aligning resources and stakeholders to achieve desired business objectives.

Jason was formerly a Director in the Project Management Office at McAfee and a Director at [KPMG](/org/kpmg) in its advisory practice. Jason also served as an auditor with Andersen, [KPMG](/org/kpmg) and PwC. During his career Jason has served clients such as Google, Polycom, [VMware](/org/vmware), Sony Picture Entertainment, Sun Microsystems, Hyperion and [Johnson & Johnson](/org/johnson-johnson).

Jason graduated from the [University of Cape Town](/org/university-of-cape-town) with Honors in Finance and Accounting.

Jason Pikoos

Daniel is a Director of External Recruiting in [Connor Group](/org/connor-group)’s Interim Staffing practice. Daniel brings nearly 15+ years of combined client service and accounting experience from both Corona & Associates and Ernst & Young. He earned his BA in Business Management Economics from the University of California Santa Cruz and holds a Masters of Science in Accountancy from the [University of Notre Dame](/org/university-of-notre-dame). Daniel provides both Perm and Interim staffing solutions for privately held and publicly traded companies in the areas of Accounting and Finance. His Specialties Include: Permanent Placement, Staffing, Direct Hire, Recruiting, Interim Services, Consulting, Technical Accounting, Audit Preparation and IPO services etc.

Daniel Corona

Jaron is a Partner in [Connor Group](/org/connor-group)’s Research and Development practice. He has significant experience in leading large accounting and finance teams in large technology companies leveraging the latest smart data driven technologies. Jaron is a big innovative thinker and understands the importance of effectively leveraging technology to scale business growth.

Prior to joining [Connor Group](/org/connor-group) in Lehi, Jaron worked for Amazon as Director of Finance Operations and was responsible for Order to Cash for AWS. Before Amazon, he/she worked for Microsoft in various business group CFO roles. Jaron graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance from Brigham Young University and Masters in Business Administration from St. Mary’s College.

Jaron Chatterley

Brandon is Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at [Connor Group](/org/connor-group). He is responsible for leadership and oversight of all legal and business operations of the firm. Brandon is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.

Brandon graduated with a J.D. from Stanford Law School and has a B.S. in Economics from the [University of Utah](/org/university-of-utah).

Brandon Moreno
