James Pomasl

James Pomasl has a strong background in tax management and accounting. James began their career in 1995 as a Senior Tax Accountant at Deloitte. In 1998, they joined Alamo Group Inc. as a Tax Manager before moving on to Anadarko Petroleum Corporation in 2000. At Anadarko, James held various roles, including Domestic Tax Planning Manager I, International Tax Planning Manager II, and Tax Compliance Manager III. In 2016, James joined Conn's HomePlus as Director of Tax and later became the Vice President of Tax.

James Pomasl obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas at San Antonio. James also obtained a Master of Taxation from the same institution. In addition, they are a Certified Public Accountant certified by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy, which they obtained in 1998.
