Jorge Bereterbide currently serves as the VP of Tax at Patria Investments since October 2025. Prior to this role, Jorge held the position of Corporate Tax Head at Adium from August 2023 to November 2025, where responsibilities included tax compliance across LATAM entities and leading the design and implementation of a transfer pricing model. Jorge was the Regional Tax Director for LATAM at Takeda Pharmaceuticals from December 2019 to July 2023, overseeing tax operations across multiple countries and coordinating with various cross-functional teams. Previous experience includes serving as Regional Tax Manager at BT Latam Argentina SA and Tax Supervisor at Pramer SCA, as well as positions at Nidera SA and PwC. Jorge holds a degree in Contador Público Nacional from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires'.
