Michael Liu

Michael Liu has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Michael started their career at Providian Financial as a Senior Team Manager from September 2001 to June 2003. Michael then moved on to Alliance Data Retail Services and worked as an Operations Manager from July 2003 to November 2006. Michael joined Barclaycard as the Head of Collections in December 2006 and held that position until February 2013. Afterwards, they joined American Express, where they served as the VP Operating Effectiveness & Governance from August 2012 to March 2014, and later as the VP of Americas Collections from March 2014 to August 2016. Currently, they are working at Conn's HomePlus as the VP Collections, starting in August 2016.

Michael Liu attended The University of Texas at El Paso from 1993 to 1997. Michael obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Marketing and Management.
