Cindy Malota

Cindy is responsible for assisting and facilitating the many aspects of CONNSTEP’s accounting process, including budgeting within the organization and supporting extensive preparations for annual audits. She also handles accounts receivable, collections, payroll, and accounts payable.

Cindy’s tenure and experience enriched the efforts of CONNSTEP to implement a new accounting system, to work on creating a fiscal policy manual for the company, and to help establish a more digital accounting infrastructure. Always a team player, her collaborative approach to her position achieves desired outcomes.
