Richard Ramirez

Richard Ramirez is a seasoned professional in automation engineering and project management, currently serving as the Permian IC&E Development Superintendent at ConocoPhillips since January 2021, where leadership is provided to a team of over 60 members supporting CAPEX and OPEX projects. Prior roles include Senior Automation Engineer positions at Concho and Oxy, with expertise in designing Control System architectures, programming PLCs and HMIs, and coordinating project management activities. Richard's professional background also encompasses a foundational role as an Automation Engineer at PROCTEK and experience in sales engineering at Control Engineering, Inc. Academically, Richard is pursuing dual master's degrees in Business Administration and Computer Science at The University of Texas Permian Basin and has obtained additional qualifications in cybersecurity.
