Tiffany Smith

Tiffany Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent attraction and recruitment. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Attraction at ConocoPhillips since November 2011, Tiffany has held various HR roles, including HR GM Advisor, HR Business Partner for IT, Senior Recruiter, and Recruiter, supporting numerous corporate functions and technical disciplines. Prior to ConocoPhillips, Tiffany worked at Innovative Staff Solutions from November 2000 to October 2011, where roles included Professional Recruiter and Director of Professional Recruiting/Sales/Account Manager, focusing on matching professional-level candidates with manufacturing clients. Tiffany began her career as a Leasing Agent at ZOM in early 2000. Tiffany holds a degree from Eastern Illinois University, completed between 1991 and 1994.
