Todd Kinard

Todd Kinard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in process safety and health and safety management, currently serving as Director of Process Safety at ConocoPhillips since December 2004. Previous roles at ConocoPhillips include Wyoming/Utah/Oklahoma OHS Supervisor, Health and Safety Lead for the Lost Cabin Gas Plant, Management System Coordinator, Compliance Coordinator for the San Juan Gas Plant, and Maintenance Team Lead at the San Juan Gas Processing facility. Prior to this, Todd held the position of Maintenance Supervisor at Targa Resources and Operations Maintenance Specialist at ConocoPhillips. Todd's career began in the US Navy as a Boiler Technician from 1988 to 1997. Educational background includes attendance at Mariposa County High School from 1983 to 1987.
