Matt Fairbanks

Matt utilizes more than a decade of ConRAC-specific experience to lead the CS Operators team. He has demonstrated his ability to control costs, establish high expectations with employees and service providers, find innovative solutions and provide outstanding client service. Matt has a specialized degree from Brigham Young University in Facility and Property Management, Engineering, and Management. In addition, he is an accredited Facility Management Professional with the International Facility Management Association.
