David Haroz

David Haroz currently serves as the Vice President and Chief of Staff at the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation. Previously, David held various senior positions at the U.S. Department of State, including Senior Policy Advisor and Director of Communications. David also worked as a Senior Policy and Communications Consultant and Director of Policy and External Relations at the PEPFAR Coordination Office. David's background includes serving as the Chief of Staff at UNAIDS Washington, DC Office and the International AIDS Trust. David holds an MA in International Relations and Affairs from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, a BA with Distinction in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia, and has studied abroad at The American University in Cairo.
