Rachel Huguet

Rachel Huguet is a Senior Partnerships Officer at the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation. Rachel has experience in managing grant portfolios and strategic coordination of grantmaking for international programs. Rachel has also held positions in various organizations such as the Fund for Shared Insight and the National Park Service. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in International Affairs and Political Science from The George Washington University, a Master's degree in Public Policy from USC Sol Price School of Public Policy, and has studied at the Institute for the International Education of Students in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
