Louis Novakis

Louis Novakis has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Louis started their career in 1989 as the owner and consultant of Novakis Electronics. Here, they served as the primary decision-maker and advisor for the company until 1997.

In 1997, Louis joined ConRes as a Systems Engineer and worked in this role until 1998. Louis then transitioned to the position of Regional Senior Systems Engineer, where they worked until 2000. At this point, they took on the role of Practice Manager until 2003.

From 2003 to 2016, Louis served as the Director of Professional Services at ConRes, overseeing various aspects of the division. This experience led to their promotion as Director of Professional Services & Contracts, a role they held until 2016.

Since 2019, Louis has taken on the position of Data Protection Officer and Executive Director of Professional Services & Contracts at ConRes. In this role, they are responsible for security, privacy, compliance, contracts, vendors, and oversees the Professional Services Division. Their responsibilities also extend to assisting in all operations, both domestically and globally.

Louis Novakis has a diverse education history. Louis attended Villanova University from 2014 to 2022, where they completed certificate courses in various fields. In 2019, they obtained a Certificate in Information Security Management from Villanova University. Additionally, they obtained several professional certifications, including the ITIL Practitioner Certificate in IT Service Management and the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2017, the PMP - Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in 2016, and the CFCM - Certified Federal Contracts Manager and CCCM - Certified Commercial Contracts Manager certifications from NCMA in 2015. In 2022, Louis obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM and completed the SHRM Learning System program. Prior to their university education, they received a degree in Retail Store Management from Exxon. Louis also attended Wilmington Friends School in 1987.
