Ksenia Basavina

Ksenia Basavina's work experience includes being the Head of Operations at CONROO starting from April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Operations Officer at Allianz from October 2022 to March 2023. Ksenia also served as the International Operations Lead in Business Strategy and Internationalization at Trade Republic from November 2021 to October 2022. Before that, they worked at Bayer as the Global Project Lead, Process & Product Owner in Legal Operations from May 2017 to October 2021, and as a Country Leadership Team Member & Legal Team Lead in ClinOps Business Partner from March 2013 to September 2017. Ksenia'searliest work experience includes working as a Legal Counsel in Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals at Roche from November 2009 to February 2013.

Ksenia Basavina has a diverse and enriched education history. Ksenia obtained their Diploma in Laws with a specialization in Civil Law from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) from 2002 to 2007. In 2011 to 2012, Ksenia pursued a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from UCL, focusing on Corporate and IP Law.

In 2020 to 2022, Ksenia pursued an Executive MBA from HEC Paris, further enhancing their business management skills. Additionally, in 2022, they completed a Major Module in Test Your Startup Project from Babson College.

To complement their education, Ksenia also obtained several certifications. In 2018, they completed the PMA: Project Management Theory & Practice certification from Bayer. Furthermore, they expanded their knowledge in finance and accounting by completing the Introduction to Finance and Accounting Specialization from Wharton Online in June 2021. In March 2021, they also acquired expertise in Startup Valuation Methods through a certification program offered by Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business.
