Jay Schneider

Jay Schneider is an experienced sales and procurement professional with a strong background in the food industry. In the role of Executive Vice President of Sales and Procurement at Consalo Family Farms since November 2024, Schneider oversees sales strategies and procurement processes. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Sales Operations at F&S Fresh Foods from August 2023 to November 2024, and Head of Sales-East Coast at Pacific Trellis Fruit from October 2022 to August 2023. Schneider also held key positions at Gorillas, managing buying and produce operations for the US market from March 2021 to October 2022, and was the Director of Merchandising at Acme Markets - Albertsons from September 2020 to March 2021.
