Hannah Murphy

Hannah Murphy, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in organizational culture and employee engagement. Currently serving as a Consultant at Conscious Culture Co. since December 2021, Hannah focuses on developing leaders and enhancing organizational infrastructure. Prior to this role, Hannah worked at Patagonia from September 2017 to November 2021 in various positions, including developing performance management strategies, internal communications, and employee engagement initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Director and Outdoor Leader at Apogee Adventures, where Hannah led experiential outdoor trips for students and managed logistics. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Psychology from Bucknell University and has studied at the University of Otago.
