Mandy Herold

Mandy Herold is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in early childhood education and executive coaching. As the Founder of The Connection Coach since January 2022, Mandy focuses on helping individuals overcome self-doubt and reframe their narratives. In addition to founding The Connection Coach, Mandy serves as an Executive Coach at Parkview Pre-Primary and is an active Board Member, showcasing expertise in early childhood education. Mandy holds the position of Certified Instructor with Conscious Discipline and previously led as Head of Junior Prep at The Ridge School in Johannesburg, South Africa, from January 2011 to December 2022. Mandy's educational background includes a BEd Honours in Education from the University of the Witwatersrand and a Higher Diploma in Education with Distinction from Johannesburg College of Education, alongside completion of the LAUNCH Programme in Entrepreneurship.
