Alex Howard

Alex Howard has over 16 years of work experience in the field of integrative medicine and conscious living. In 2021, they founded and became the CEO of the Alex Howard Group. In 2014, they founded and became the Executive Chairman of Conscious Life. From 2005 to present, they have been the Founder and Executive Chairman of Therapeutic Coaching. Additionally, from 2004 to present, they have been the Founder and Executive Chairman of The Optimum Health Clinic, which is one of the world's leading integrative medicine clinics specialising in ME, CFS and Fibromyalgia. It has patients in over 35 countries, and an award-winning team of 14 practitioners.

Alex Howard attended Swansea University from 1999 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) (Hons) in Psychology.
