Karine Chalet is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer relations, training, and administrative roles. Currently serving as Animatrice communauté Amired at Govance since February 2023, Karine also holds positions as an independent assistant at Ma Boîte à Bonheur and as an English translator for Conscious Planet since 2021. Previously, an expert and trainer at Maisons du Monde from 2009 to 2021, Karine honed skills in customer service quality assessment and team development. Earlier roles include administrative and commercial assistance at AMIRECAA and SIDAN, customer service at Bouygues Telecom, and teaching English at the Rectorat de Nantes. Educational qualifications include a DEUG in Trilingual Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in English from the Faculté Des Lettres Et Sciences Humaines in Nantes, along with preparation for the CAPES in English.
