Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Conscious Step

Prashant M. has held a variety of roles in different companies since 2008. In 2008, they were a Reference Librarian at Bryant University. In 2009, they were an Intern at MediaMerx, where they worked under the CEO Tejpaul Bhatia and provided foundational groundwork for business projects. In 2010, they were a Research Analyst at Farmhouse Equity Research and a Credit and Risk Management Intern at Fidelity Investments. At Farmhouse Equity Research, they worked under J. P Mark and researched different industries to help investment professionals gain important insights needed to make smart investment decisions. At Fidelity Investments, they learned basic market principles while analyzing portfolio's of a variety of clients, observed different strategies used by investors to increase or mitigate risk, and assessed the individual risks of the firm with a team of professionals. In 2012, they were a Data Manager at the Supreme Court, where they managed and organized system of files from individual cases for trials and research purposes, and assisted Supreme Court judges in the organization of vital documents for ongoing cases. Prashant also utilized the opportunity of temporary employment to travel and experience a new culture. In 2013, they were the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Conscious Step, where they created a way to stand up in style for social justice in our day to day lives.

Prashant M. attended Bryant University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a BOS in Finance. In 2009, they also attended UNSW, where they received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance.
