Natalia Eileen Villarmán, MBA, is an accomplished founder and CEO of Seen@Work, a consulting firm focused on enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in workplaces. With extensive experience in leading strategic initiatives, Villarmán has served as Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Danone, where strategic plans were developed for over 6,000 employees, and as an External Consultant for HelloFresh, conducting audits and creating comprehensive training programs. Prior roles include Program Manager and Research Assistant at The Wharton School, and managerial positions at Meta and Teach For America, where efforts centered on fostering inclusive environments. Villarmán holds an MBA in Organizational Effectiveness from The Wharton School and advanced degrees in education.
