Simon Leclerc is an accomplished public servant and financial professional with extensive experience in local governance and administration. Currently serving as Vice-président du conseil départemental at Conseil départemental des Vosges and as Présidence du conseil d’administration at vosgelis since September 2021, Simon has been the Maire of Neufchâteau and the Président of the Communauté de Communes de l'Ouest Vosgien (CCOV) since March and April 2008, respectively. Prior to these roles, Simon worked as Charge d’affaires pro at Banque Populaire Alsace Lorraine Champagne from July 2005 to June 2008. Simon holds a Dess degree in Banking and a Maîtrise in Economics, both from Université de Lorraine, with studies spanning from September 2003 to June 2021.
