Isabelle Cisse

Isabelle CISSE currently serves as the Directrice du Territoire d’Action Départementale Terres d’Yvelines at the Département des Yvelines, a position held since June 2001, where responsibilities include managing financial resources, human resources, logistics, and communication policies. Previous roles include Secrétaire Générale for both Territoire Terres d'Yvelines and Territoire Sud-Yvelines, as well as Directeur Adjoint for Territoire d'Action Sociale, overseeing social assistance services and adult care initiatives. Early experience includes serving as Responsable de pôle Budget Aide Sociale Etablissements at the Association Tutélaire du Mantois and as Mandataire Judiciaire for a protected adult population at M.A.R.A.T.P. Prior to that, Isabelle CISSE was the Directrice Adjointe for two EHPAD within the MUTUELLE PERSONNEL RATP. Educational qualifications include a Maîtrise de Droit Public from the Faculté de Droit Limoges and a Baccalauréat from Lycée R Loewy.
