Delphine Issac

Delphine Issac currently serves as DGA économie et emploi and Directrice Entreprise et Innovation at Région Pays de la Loire since September 2022. Previously, Delphine held several key positions at Agence des participations de l'État from October 2017 to August 2022, including Chargée de mission RSE, where responsibilities included structuring and deploying the state shareholder's CSR policy across a portfolio of 85 companies in sectors such as transport, industry, services, finance, and energy. Additional roles included Directrice de participations adjointe, focusing on energy sector companies, and Chargée de participations for Aéroports de Paris. Furthermore, Delphine served as an administrator for both Enedis and RTE Réseau de Transport d'Electricité in late 2019. Prior experiences also include positions in structured finance at Keolis, financial advising for public-private partnerships at the French Ministry of Environment & Transport, and project finance at Dexia Credit Local. Delphine Issac's educational background includes degrees from HEC Paris and Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
