Emilie Garin

Emilie Garin has extensive experience in economic project management and communication within the public sector. Currently serving as Chargée de projets économiques - Economie circulaire at the Conseil Régional des Pays de la Loire since July 2010, Emilie actively contributes to regional economic policies aimed at ecological transition, advising and supporting projects in circular economy. Additional roles include Chef projet SRADDET, focusing on the development of sustainable territorial planning, and leadership of the Stratégie Territoriale service, where Emilie manages a team and oversees the coordination of territorial policies. Previous experience includes leading internal communication efforts at the Conseil Régional and communication roles in local municipalities. Emilie holds a degree in Journalism from ISCPA and has a background in communication and public relations.
