Simon Vinet

Simon Vinet has extensive experience in communications and education, currently serving as Directeur des communications et liaisons communautaires at Conseil scolaire de district catholique de l'Est ontarien since September 2003. In addition to this role, Simon holds a position as a part-time professor in the public relations program at La Cité collégiale since September 2012 and works as an independent columnist focusing on communications, marketing, and public relations since March 2015. Simon's background includes volunteer coaching positions with Champlain soccer from 2015 to 2017 and leadership roles, such as President of the Canadian Association of Communicators in Education from 2008 to 2012. Simon's previous communications management experience includes positions at the University of Ottawa and the Consortium national de formation en santé. Simon obtained a Master's degree in Educational management and Leadership, as well as a Bachelor's degree, both from the University of Ottawa.
