Kim Howell

Kim is a dynamic leader who oversees high-volume communications at ConsejoSano. As a Clinical Operations Manager, she strives to deliver top-notch service and prides herself on facilitating conversations that yield results.

Kim studied Communications and Digital Media at Southern New Hampshire University; which compliments her decade of real-world experience leading contact centers, supporting communications, engaging with clients, and improving procedural & technological processes for powerhouse companies such as Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, Bank of America, and Cornell University. Prior to working at ConsejoSano, Kim was the Senior Engagement Manager at telehealth startup, First Opinion.

Personally, Kim lives in the Boston area with her family. She volunteers as the Executive Director of the Coast Guard Family Organization, and has dedicated her time to mentoring, travelling and volunteering throughout the United States, Micronesia, the Philippines and India.
