Anita Sands

Anita Sands is a seasoned board member with extensive experience in governance and risk management across multiple organizations. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for ServiceNow, Nubank, Circle, Cyderes, and JumpCloud, Anita holds significant positions such as Lead Independent Director at Nubank and has been actively involved in various committees, including Audit and Governance. With previous board roles at Pure Storage and Thoughtworks, where Anita contributed to a successful IPO, the professional background also includes a venture partnership at New Enterprise Associates and academic involvement as a visiting professor at Princeton University. Anita holds a PhD in Atomic & Molecular Physics from Queen's University Belfast and an MSPPM in Public Policy & Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
