Christine Hayek

Christine Hayek has a extensive work experience, starting in 2001 as AVP Human Resources at Ocean City Home Bank until 2006. Following that, they joined AtlantiCare as Director of Benefits in 2006, and then progressively took on roles such as Director Transformation Integration and Corporate Director of Operation - Physician Practice. In 2017, they transitioned to AtlantiCare Health System as Corporate Director Operations, AtlantiCare Physician Group, where they played a key role in practice transformation and network growth. Most recently, in 2022, Christine became the Vice President of Medical Group Operations at Consensus Health.

Christine Hayek completed their education in a chronological order. Christine pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Management at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania from 1995 to 1999. Later, they went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Stockton University, which took place between 2013 and 2015.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Christine Hayek has obtained relevant certifications. In May 2021, they completed a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification at Rutgers University. Furthermore, in May 2010, they obtained the SPHR certification from SHRM.
