Christine Hayek has a extensive work experience, starting in 2001 as AVP Human Resources at Ocean City Home Bank until 2006. Following that, they joined AtlantiCare as Director of Benefits in 2006, and then progressively took on roles such as Director Transformation Integration and Corporate Director of Operation - Physician Practice. In 2017, they transitioned to AtlantiCare Health System as Corporate Director Operations, AtlantiCare Physician Group, where they played a key role in practice transformation and network growth. Most recently, in 2022, Christine became the Vice President of Medical Group Operations at Consensus Health.
