Federico Soddu

Federico Soddu is currently the General Counsel at ConsenSys Mesh. Federico has previously worked as legal for ConsenSys from November 2017 to October 2020 and as an Associate for Latham & Watkins from October 2012 to November 2017. Federico has experience in the financial institutions group and the emerging companies group.

Federico Soddu attended the American Overseas School of Rome for high school. Federico then went on to the University of Pennsylvania, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics & Economics. After that, they participated in a summer program at The Chinese University of Hong Kong in Comparative Philosophy and International Management. Finally, they attended Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, where they obtained their Doctor of Law.

Federico Soddu reports to Min Teo, Managing Partner. They work with Shaun Johnson - Program Director, Shawn Cheng - Partner, and Michael Kriak - Operating Partner. Some direct reports include Matthew Gasperetti - Corporate Counsel, Maya Uchima - Corporate Counsel.
