Amanda Keleher has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Amanda is currently the Chief People Officer at ConsenSys, a leading Ethereum software company. Prior to that, Amanda was a Member at Chief, a private network aimed at empowering senior women leaders. Amanda also served as the Executive Vice President of People & Culture at Index Exchange, an ad tech company, and as the Vice President of People & Performance at littleBits, a company focused on design and technology. Amanda has also held leadership positions at The Hackerati, Intent Media Inc., ThoughtWorks, where they served as the Head of People for Europe and later as the Global Head of People, as well as Object Consulting and eClinic. Amanda began their career as an Analyst at Accenture. Throughout their career, Amanda has demonstrated expertise in people management, talent acquisition, and organizational development, with a focus on driving diversity and performance within organizations.

Amanda Keleher has a varied education history. In 2013, they earned a Certificate in Coaching from New York University. Prior to that, in 2011-2012, they obtained a Certificate of Higher Education in Counselling and Counselling Skills from Birkbeck, University of London. Additionally, in 2012, they received a Certificate in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching. In 2001-2002, they completed a Certificate in Foundations of Human Resources from the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI). In 2016-2017, they pursued another Certificate, this time in Coaching for Transformation, from the School of Holistic and Professional Learning at the New York Open Center. Most recently, in 2020, Amanda obtained a Cornell Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
