Angelica Isa Adaniya is currently a Community Board Member at Conserv. Prior to this, they worked as a field conservator at Tel Shimron Excavations, Altminster, and The Leon Levy Foundation. In this role, they were responsible for providing remedial conservation to all excavated material, scientific desalinisation of restorable ceramics, and preparation of materials for professional photography. Angelica has also worked as a conservator at Museo de Sitio Pachacamac. In addition to their work in the field of conservation, Angelica has also spoken at various conferences on the topic.
Angelica Isa Adaniya has a masters in the Conservation of Archaeological and Museum Objects from Durham University, a BA in Anthropology from Grinnell College, and certification from World Education Services in Verified International Academic Qualifications for MA. Angelica also has certification from Coursera in Arts and Heritage Management, Inferential Statistics, Basic Statistics, Qualitative Research Methods, and Quantitative Methods. Additionally, they are certified by Udemy in Illustrator CC 2018, by Northwestern University Medill School in Social Media Marketing specialization, and by MALI - Museo de Arte de Lima in Cultural Project Management.
