Justin Tomljanovic

Justin Tomljanovic is the Area Vice President responsible for Corporate Development at Xcel Energy. In this role, he leads the corporate development team responsible for negotiating and executing mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. This includes solar and wind acquisitions and project development, as well as investments in emerging clean energy technologies. Prior to joining Xcel, Justin held a variety of roles in the utilities, solar, and wind sectors. Justin has a B.S. in Economics from Duke University, an MBA from Yale University, and a Masters in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia. A former outdoor trip guide, he enjoys spending time with his family hiking and camping.
