Jacqueline Mercader

Jackie is a molecular science laboratory technician on the Thylacine team within Conservation X Labs. She studied Medical Laboratory Sciences at Purdue University and has experience working in various disciplines within clinical lab medicine, with a strong focus in molecular diagnostics of microorganism infections. She has made the switch from clinical work to research to be at the forefront of tackling the world’s most pressing issues relating to conservation and climate change.
