Quentin Kaplan

Quentin Kaplan is an experienced business development professional currently serving as Business Developer at Conserve LandCare since October 2025. Previously, Quentin had a significant tenure at Renova Energy from July 2018 to October 2025, where roles included Commercial Development Director, C&I and Residential Sales Director, and Commercial Manager, culminating in experience as a Solar Energy Consultant. Prior to Renova Energy, Quentin was a channel account manager at Renovate America specializing in contractor sales and finance training related to PACE programs from January 2016 to July 2018. Quentin's career also includes a decade in home energy remodeling and construction sales from January 2006 to December 2015 and positions in payroll services sales from 1998 to 2003. Quentin began an artistic journey in music as a lead vocalist for the LA SouthBay Beach Cities Band from 2003 to 2005 and graduated in Fine/Studio Arts from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts-Los Angeles in 1997.
