Ingrid Betts

Ingrid Betts has extensive work experience in various leadership and advisory roles. Ingrid currently holds the position of SVP Transformation at Conservice since 2023. Prior to this, they served as an Executive Operations Advisor, Transformational Strategy & Execution at IRAJCA, LLC starting in 2022. From 2021 to 2022, they worked at Olive as the Vice President of Physical Assets & Operations, where they were responsible for building and operationalizing their Real Estate program, developing Procurement standards, and supporting global expansion. Ingrid also worked at HMS from 2012 to 2021 as a Sr. Director of Operations, overseeing Vendor Management, Shared Services, and Distributions Operations. Earlier in their career, they held roles at Dell as a Continuous Process Improvements/Global Liaison and Account Director, Business Process Solutions. In 2005, they worked at Perot Systems (ARS Division) as a Process Engineering Manager, and from 2001 to 2005, they held the position of Business Development Manager, Operations at HMS. Ingrid started their career at Medical Logistics, Inc. and Mullin Consulting in the late 1990s.

Ingrid Betts earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics & Business from Buffalo State University, completing their education between 1994 and 1997.
