Michael Burnett

Michael joined the Conservice team as the EVP – Utility Services in 2023. He brings more than 20 years of operations experience gained through an eclectic career in federal law enforcement and global healthcare operations. Michael has held domestic and global operations roles in the federal government and various healthcare organizations in the United States. He started his career as a Special Agent with the US Secret Service and in 2011, transitioned to healthcare operations in the insurance, laboratory and vendor spaces. He has managed large multi-country teams and prides himself on scaling operations, with a focus on strong quality and customer experience.

Michael earned his bachelor’s degree from Saint Anselm College and his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Norwich University. He earned the US Secret Service Medal of Valor in 2008, along with various awards and accolades throughout his business career.
