Sara Richards-Oliver

Sara Richards-Oliver is an experienced professional in the fields of billing and residence life management. Currently serving as the Billing Manager at Conservice The Utility Experts® since June 2021, Sara previously held the role of Senior Assistant General Manager/Bookkeeper at Campus Advantage from February 2018 to May 2021, where responsibilities included managing day-to-day operations for a 350-bed student housing complex. With a solid foundation in student life, Sara worked as General Manager/Director of Residence Life at Campus Living Villages, overseeing the development of comprehensive residence life programs, and held an Assistant Director position supervising undergraduate halls. Earlier in the career, Sara served as an Area Coordinator at Elizabethtown College, supervising multiple undergraduate halls and participating in emergency response duties. Sara holds a Master of Education in Higher Education and a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education from Kent State University.
