Christine McCall

Christine McCall, AICP has a diverse work experience in the fields of project development, city management, economic development, and planning. Christine is currently working at Consigli Construction Co., Inc. since 2022, focusing on education-related projects. Previously, they had a prominent role at the City of Lowell, where they served as the Assistant City Manager/DPD Director from May 2021 to September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Economic Development, Senior Planner, Associate Planner, and Assistant Planner for the City of Lowell from 2015 to 2021. Additionally, Christine McCall also has experience in the public sector, as they were the Director of Communications & Constituent Services for the Massachusetts State Senate from September 2013 to October 2015.

Christine McCall, AICP, obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History and Anthropology from Bates College, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In 2020, they earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Furthermore, in November 2020, McCall obtained the Certified Planner (AICP) certification from the American Institute of Certified Planners.
