Will Templeton

Will Templeton is an experienced community manager with a strong background in member engagement and communications. Currently serving as Community Manager at Console Connect since February 2022, Will is responsible for launching a member-led community focused on support and feedback. Prior roles at giffgaff from April 2012 to February 2022 included Senior Community Manager, where Will enhanced member representation, implemented communication policies, and designed community campaigns. Will's notable accomplishments include successfully producing a public online live stream and leading a major onboarding campaign. With additional experience in content creation and community moderation from earlier positions, Will holds a degree in Interactive Media with Animation from Sheffield Hallam University.
