Scott Minadeo

Scott Minadeo has a significant work experience in quality engineering and management roles. Scott is currently the Director of Quality Engineering & Export Compliance at CAM Engineered Products West. Prior to that, they worked as a Quality Engineering Manager at Voss Industries and as an Assistant Quality Engineering Manager at PCC Airfoils. Scott also held roles as a Supplier Quality Supervisor, Product Engineering Supervisor, and Product Engineer at PCC Airfoils. Additionally, they worked as a Forge Engineer at T & W Forge. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in managing quality systems, leading cross-functional teams, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Scott Minadeo attended Youngstown State University from 2000 to 2006 and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 2007, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the same university. From 2011 to 2013, Scott pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance and Project Management from Cleveland State University - Monte Ahuja College of Business.
