Dzifa Phillips

Dzifa Phillips is an experienced professional in operational risk control and management, currently serving as Manager of Operational Risk Control at Consolidated Bank Ghana since February 2019, following a role as Operations Manager. Previously, Dzifa worked at Barclays Bank Ghana from July 2007 to July 2017 as an Operations Manager, specializing in branch operations management. Early career experience includes serving as Knowledge Management Advisor at SNV-NETHERLANDS DEVELOPMENT ORGANISATION from January 2005 to August 2007, providing advisory services on organizational development and facilitating capacity building for small and medium enterprises. Dzifa holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration, an Executive MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Ghana, and a Bachelor's degree in English and Spanish Languages from the same institution.
