Joseph Yaw Asumang

Joseph Yaw Asumang has extensive work experience in the field of information technology and strategic management. Joseph Yaw is currently an Information Technology Strategist, starting in August 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Information Officer at Consolidated Bank Ghana since October 2018. Joseph Yaw also worked for Oracle for several years, assuming roles such as Country Director Oracle Ghana and Solution Consulting Lead for Nigeria and Ghana, Industry & Product Solution Consulting lead, and Senior Solutions Consultant. At Oracle, Joseph demonstrated exceptional leadership in managing the business of the newly created Ghana entity, provided strategic solutions to clients, and developed industry-specific go-to-market strategies. Before working at Oracle, Joseph was a Business IT Solutions Analyst at Safeway Plc, where they were responsible for designing and developing innovative IT solutions for supply chain management operations. Throughout their career, Joseph has gained experience in various areas such as solution consulting, project management, and process analysis.

Joseph Yaw Asumang obtained a Master's degree in Logistics and Transportation from the Cranfield School of Management (CCLT) during the period of 1996 to 1997.
