Colby Horne

Colby Horne has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Colby started their career at IBEW Local #490 as a Journeyman Electrician, where they oversaw the construction and maintenance of electrical installations. Colby then joined Verizon as a Network Engineer, where they managed inventory and conducted audits. Colby later worked at FairPoint Communications as a Network Operations Manager, overseeing the daily activities of multiple departments. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Supply Chain at Consolidated Communications, where they lead the supply chain management and logistics operations.

Colby Horne earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University between 2003 and 2012. Colby also obtained a Journeyman License in Electrical Safety and Licensing from the National Joint Apprentice Training Council between 1994 and 1999. Additionally, Colby obtained an Electrician's License from IBEW Local #2320 in 1999.
