Karen Angellatta

Karen Angellatta has extensive experience in talent development, employee experience/engagement, and sales enablement. Karen currently works as the Senior Director of Talent Development & Employee Experience/Engagement at Consolidated Communications, where they lead various initiatives including leadership development, onboarding programs, sales enablement, and diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. Prior to this, they founded Effective Sales Strategies LLC, where they served global technology companies in sales enablement, talent development, and other areas. Karen also held leadership positions at Secureworks, Earthlink Business, and Verizon Wireless, where they built and led teams focused on revenue/sales enablement, talent development, and sales training.

Karen Angellatta has a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from The University of Akron. Karen also holds various certifications in sales, training, and leadership from institutions such as Birkman, Behavioral Sciences Research Press, Force Management, Corporate Visions, CompTIA, Acclivus Corporation, The PAR Group, and Miller Heiman Group. Additionally, they are a certified consultant in the neuroscience-based personality assessment called NeuroColor.
