Marc Baum

Marc Baum has extensive experience in customer support and entrepreneurship. Since December 2019, Marc has served as an Independent Affiliate at Hempworx, assisting individuals in establishing their own businesses focused on health and wellness products. In addition to this role, Marc has been with Consolidated Communications since May 1996, where Marc holds the position of Director Customer Support Services, gaining expertise in both remote and field service operations. Marc also volunteered as a Sound Mixer from February 2013 to February 2014, where responsibilities included setting up and configuring audio systems to enhance live service experiences.
