Daniel Steele currently serves as the Senior Metallurgical Lab Manager and Quality Manager at Consolidated Precision Products Corp since January 2025. Prior to this role, Daniel accumulated nearly two decades of experience at O-I, holding various positions including Regional Quality Manager, Plant Manager, Assistant Plant Manager, Unit Plant Manager, Finished Products Manager, Production Line Leader, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Daniel began his professional journey as a Combustion Engineer. Daniel earned a Bachelor of Science degree with Cum Laude honors in Materials Science and Engineering, specializing in Ceramic Sciences and Engineering from Alfred University, where studies were completed from 2002 to 2006.
